Mr Reid called Clarence Thomas an "embarrassment" on Meet the Press, and approved of Scalia; Novak(The Crypt Keeper) says it must be racially motivated.
Novak: The implication is that Thomas is a black man who is not smart enough, while Scalia is a white man who is.
