a 30-minute speech on the larger topic of whether judges are engaging
in policymaking. And I regret that some people interpreted that --

It's always the Democrats fault.Also, Chris Wallace asks some good questions on the show, but never interupts Cornyn's answers, while constantly impeding Schumer's responses.
