On Fox News Sunday With Chris Wallace, Sen. McConnell tried to change the name of the "nuclear option" once again. Something about tearing apart Senate rules will leave a certain amount of political fallout for the Republicans, and they just don't seem happy about the name Trent Lott gave to it.
