Did Rush Limbaugh use the scathing Washington Post article on Iraq by Elen Nickmeyer to prove we are "winning in Iraq" - without pre-reading it?

It sure sounds like it. The article is, in fact, about how we are actually LOSING ... in Iraq. Rush dives into the article, seemingly thinking he's found the Rosetta Stone of news articles for the day.

You can almost hear in his voice as he reads into the first paragraph ...that he slowly realizes he's using an unfavorable report for the US Military. Simple! Just fold the paper and SAY ... "Ummm, so, uhhh whether they know it or not the Post is reporting we're winning in Iraq!" A screwup followed by a lie. How perfectly Limbaugh! ( hat tip BM)
