Is this a trend?

I heard Harold Ford jr, say that he would have voted differently if he knew then what he knows now about Iraq on Imus yesterday. He quickly shifted the issue into the "we're there now" posture, but as Atrios notes: "Diane Feinstein, a member of the intelligence committee, said yesterday: "Had I known then what I know now, I never would have have cast that vote, not in a thousand years."

Is this the start of something new?
