Anderson Cooper was visibly upset today by the fact that “person after person” came up to him asking why the federal government hasn’t shown up to help out yet. He was in Mississippi.
Cooper: Where is the help?--There's no food--there's no water--there's no electricity-no ice--it's deteriorating very rapidly--there's looting going on. Where is the help?
Update: Anderson really started to take charge in his coverage and got very emotional from this point on. It's a small clip, but begins to show the devastation and lack of response to Katrina.
