CNN, the AP, the Cincinnati Enquirer and MSNBC have all now called it for Strickland to be new governor of Ohio (early results have Strickland ahead by more than 3-1). Say good-bye to the man who handed Bush the win in 2004.

UPDATE:

People have questioned this call by the news organizations because currently results are not coming in. That is due to the court order keeping some polling places open until 10:00pm est. Apparently they did get results that are not made public yet, plus their exit polling, and when you consider the area the polls are held open in is very, very blue, apparently numerous different news organizations felt it safe to call it for Strickland.
