Defense Secretary Gates tells us that a new panel will look into the deplorable conditions of Walter Reed and any other medical facility they choose.

They have 45 days to get their report together and present it to Congress and the public. This is a sad state of affairs when a special council has to look into the care our veterans are receiving. Gates says those that caused this problem will be held accountable. I'd like to know in what way they'll be held accountable... Don't hold your breath....
