Bill Richardson's Energy Plan

Richardson outlined four areas his plan would focus on (click each area for video):

  • Bringing plug-in cars to the marketplace
  • Raise fuel economy standards to 50 m.p.g
  • Reduce carbon footprint of liquid fuels
  • Reduce oil use in other forms of transportation
