This is Bill Kristol. Im not sure what to say about this sentence as its likely the dumbest thing ive seen in several days. So where's the news about the "other war", you know, the one in Afghanistan. The UK Guardian has a report that indicates that the "other war" is going very, very badly and that if Afghanistan falls to the Islamists, then Pakistan will also fall to the Islamists.

Interesting, we went into Iraq to keep us safe from the make believe WMDs of Saddam Hussein and Iran has become the "nuclear boogieman" when the real danger lies with the Islamists that may control Pakistan. Looks like the Islamists will get the bomb afterall.

Besides, Maliki says that they're all set in Iraq, that we can leave. ;-) Of course, we can't leave, because the Iraqis haven't met their critical benchmark, the only one we care about, which is a political agreement to let American oil companies expropriate Iraq's oil. I think the Iraq parliament is going to take August off to think about it. Then, we'll have to stay after that "benchmark", because the Iraqi people won't accept that their government of "imported Iraqis" gave away the oil.

Kristol deserves to be put on trial for war crimes at least as much as the rest of them.

Not summarily served punishment. A full, fair trial with lots of witnesses and experts and nice firm prosecutorial pressure to fess up for a reduced sentence.

Kristol and the kool aiders only care about feeling young again by supporting an unwinnable war that their own relatives aren't fighting.

I heard you on Washington Journal this morning. I could not get through but I have to pass on to you in part the comment I was going to make.

The first caller mentioned that we should be made aware as to whether or not think tanks have either a republican or democratic slant. He, just as many Americans, are missing the mark, if even everso slightly. His question would have been well served if he had asked whether or not these think tanks serve the interest of America or, as I strongly suspect, Israel.

First let me say that as an African American I am not anti-Semitic. We don't have the right to be. It was Jewish Americans who put a white face on the Civil Rights movement that earned us freedom in this country, and for that I'm eternally grateful. To put that into context, however, back then the Jewish community, having been recently freed from oppression themselves in part by blacks who fought valliantly to prove themselves to a country that alienated them into second class citizenship, could relate to blacks and marched, protested, and died for the just cause.

When you hear the following think tanks and groups: PNAC, AEI, CSIS, AIPAC, Hudson Institute and a few others, all you need to know is they are all top heavy Zionist Jews with one objective: to promote Israeli domination of the oil rich Middle East and forging the American foreign policy to use its military
force as a blunt instrument against Arabs for Israel to achieve regional domination, all under the notion of defeating radical Islam and fighting the war on terrorism. Israel's interest has severely trumped that of the American people's interest, and for that I take great issue with you and your "scholars" at the AEI.

For example, George W. "I listen to the generals on the ground not politicians in Washington" Bush, once the generals started saying let's get these troops out of here because there is no military solution to this problem, he changed his tune, purged those generals and pushed for the surge, an idea he got not from the conductors of the war but from it's author, Frederick Kagar, a "scholar" or contributor at the American Enterprise Institute.

The American people are asleep at the wheel, for now. So in the meanwhile you and your like minded collegues can have free reign on shaping American foreign policy to tailor fit the narrow interest of Israel, defense contractors, oil companies and investors. However, when they wake up, know for sure that the backlash against Zionist Jews will not be contained to just radical Zionism but could potentially spill over against Jewish Americans in general, and I don't want that. The problem with exploiting the American people for its simplicity is it can be a dangerous double-edged sword. At one point it allows you to get away with crafting these complex foreign policies, but on the other hand when found out that the same simplistic mentality means the American people will over generalize against anyone they perceive as a threat. Just as they do not separate radical Islam from Arabs in general (much to Israel's liking), so will they not separate radical Zionism from the rank and file Jews (much to Israel's shagrin).

Again, keep drinking from the deep well of American ignorance and addiction to mindless television, American Idol, and fast foods. But the milisecond that they wake up and realize that their sons and daughters serving their country with distinction and bravery have been sold out by our politicians who have been seduced by the deep pockets of AIPAC, used as pons to serve the interest of Israel, the outcry willl be fierce, swift, relentless, and deafening.

I know of no friends of I have that believe in Zion. In fact one of my best friends grandfather was famous for his anti Zionist stance, and his grandson lost a chairmanship overseeing his own father's legacy for the same. It caused quite a stir.
