I am really amazed at people like Weiner and Coulter, people who seemingly lack every good aspect of humanity as I just can't imagine what makes those kind tick, how they can live with themselves doing what they do. It doesn't bode well for our country that we are producing people like this though. It's both nature and nurture that makes these monsters, and we are doing next to nothing to make good people and good citizens. Like George Carlin said, the real rulers of this country only want the people smart enough to run the machines yet still dumb enough to cheer for their own destruction.
