C&L Nominated for Three Blogger's Choice Awards

This humble blog has been nominated in the "Best Political Blog," "Best Video Blogger," and "Best Blog Design" categories.
The word from the upstairs office to the C&L staff is, "Feh, we don't care about awards, we just keep on putting it out as often and as well as we can, and let the chips fall."
Sure, John. But hey, it's nice that folks want to say that they like what we do. Thanks much for the noms, much appreciated.

It was nominated for those awards because it is the BEST!
C&L deserves the recognition. I have learned so much from the bloggers. The commentary is often brilliant, impassioned and funny.

Clearly one of the best. Must see blogging on the left for me starts with C&L, TPM (and Muckraker), and FDL. By the time you've read those, you're informed. Oh, and you need to check out a 'news aggregator' too. My favorite is POAC, but of course Raw Story and Buzzflash are also very good. I love POAC because they provide those great WWII-style posters.

Congrats for the nomination. Since C&L is my daily addiction I'd have to say in my humble opinion you deserve the award. Best of luck and thanks for all your time and dedication to digging out the truth from the dredges (or should I say Drudges) of our mainstream press.

My cat takes over my blog site on Fridays and he was nominated in the animal blog category. He's had a real attitude ever since he found out. Big head and ego to match. Sure hope you guys handle this better than he did. ;)
Personally I never liked awards. I used to take those I received in my various career achievements and such and put them into storage where I didn't have to look at them.
Congratulations on the nominations! I think some recognition is richly deserved. This blog publishes important stories and the video is wonderful -- it allows users to make up their own minds about things. That's what I really, really like about this place, it encourages thinking for one's self. This blog is what mainstream journalism, television and otherwise, should be.

Well deserved. C&L is always the first blog I check in with when I go online. Keep up the great job. Your blog gives me ample reason to practice the deep breathing exercises my doctor wants me to do to keep my blood pressure down to a safe level. :-) And trust me, it's not easy, given what you continually unearth on the neoconthugs, et al.

As I've said many times, this is the only blog I read. I read it many times daily and find the comments section to be as interesting as the posts themselves.
I take pride in being a participant here and recommend the site to others almost weekly.

There are many 'good' web sites of this type, but C&L is one that I can't miss.
FYI: I use Firefox as my main browser and an 'extension' called "Morning Coffee" which loads all my favorite blogs and news sites into tabs for my daily perusal, and C&L is one of the staples of my daily diet. Well done!
Hurry up and go to the Blogger's Choice Awards, sign up, and start voting for Crooks and Liars, because Michelle Malkin's pit of horrors has more votes than C&L.
