They have become so obsessive about winning elections by dividing people that humor, something which invariably tends to bring people together, is a completely foreign concept to their thought process. It's sad, really. They have let an ideological hatred of their opposition strip them of one of the few things that makes them human. They now seem unable to relate to the majority of people in a postive way. I suspect they're only going to grow even more closed minded, xenophobic, paranoid, and cultish as their party continues to implode because it has become so mired in these very same characteristics. It's a straight downward spiral. I wonder if they'll ever really recover.

For me, US politics, whether of the repuke or the demoquack flavor, has lost more respect during the time of war criminal bush43 than during any previous historical era.
