Digby's Fundraiser
Digby is one of the finest liberal writers that we have in the blogosphere or anywhere else for that matter and she's running a fundraiser.
I greatly value the freedom and independence that voluntary direct support from readers offers. It's an unusual model, but it works quite well for some, including me. Cliff May was back on the Abrams report tonight. He said the proof that water boarding isn't illegal is that congress is debating on whether to pass a law making it illegal . . . although it is already illegal.

Now back to trashing Tucker.
Last year I mailed Digby a check and asked not to bother spending postage to send a thank you note. A week or two later, the most interesting post card arrived thanking me.
This year, I won't bother asking not to be thanked. It doesn't do any good.
I've found a few dollars that I can do anything I want with, so I sent them to Digby. Follow your bliss digby!

You know, assuming the postcard was addressed from a computer-based mailing list and sent via Bulk Rate postage, it could actually cost more in
manperson-power to prevent you from receiving it...Just sayin'.
Thanks for the tip, John. Digby's a treasure. It always kill me to see some of the pundits paid six figures to chatter shallowly when many liberal bloggers are far more insightful, and would do so much more with a weekly column, air time, etc.

The great thing about Tucker is that he always manages to outdo himself. He's like some idiot-savant video gamer that can constantly beat his high score, except instead of high scores it's feats of utter stupidity, ignorance and deliberate obfuscation of fact and message.
