Okay, having asked my question I'm off to follow your links here in the roundup.
I gotta give Hillary points where points are due. She handled that well. Too bad she couldn't have told those two guys to stuff their shirts up their asses.

I bet just off camera Luntz had armed men pointing guns at the so called "undecided" Republicans also. The threat of violence or even death is a good way to get people to vote for the candidate of your choosing. I would not be surprised if Luntz did indeed use this method. After all, Fox News is well known for using fear to keep their audience captive.

Luntz on Hannity last night tried to brush over this with his panel by referring to the group he was hosting. He asked the panel, "How many of you have been in our focus group befrore," where several raised their hands. One thing wrong here. These were all people from NH. The you tube video shows us that Chucky was at focus groups in 2 different states.

Anyone else notice how there was not one question during any of the debates both Republican and Democratic about the Isreali Palestinian conflict. Nah nothing to look at or discuss here just ignore the issue and it will stay the same.

Edwards’ statements on the conflict have been generally supportive of Israel. In a speech in Herzliya, Israel, Edwards said that former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon showed “courage” in evacuating (BosGlobe) the settlements in the Gaza Strip in 2005. Edwards also said in that speech that Israel should “upgrade” its role in NATO, and possibly even become a member, and he sharply criticized the late Yasir Arafat in a vice presidential debate in the 2004 election. Yet pro-Israel lobbyists have criticized Edwards for choosing former Rep. David Bonior (New York Sun) as an adviser to his campaign. Though her advocacy (NYT) for Palestinian statehood in the 1990s drew criticism from American Jewish groups at the time, Sen. Clinton (D-NY) generally has aligned herself with pro-Israeli interests throughout her political career. In a February 2007 speech before the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Clinton said Hamas, which took control of the Palestinian Authority in January 2006 and formed a coalition government with Fatah in February 2007, should not be recognized “until it renounces violence and terror and recognizes Israel’s right to exist.” Clinton also supports Israel’s “security wall,” which divides Israel from the West Bank with the declared purpose of preventing terrorist attacks.
Clinton cosponsored the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006. She also sponsored a Senate resolution in 2007 “calling for the immediate and unconditional release of soldiers of Israel held captive by Hamas and Hezbollah.” That resolution was approved. Since taking office in 2000, she has regularly supported military and financial aid packages to Israel.

Obama cosponsored the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006 and, like most of his fellow candidates, has called on the Palestinian leadership to “recognize Israel, to renounce violence, and to get serious about negotiating peace and security for the region.”
If elected, Obama says he would “insist on fully funding military assistance to Israel” (JPost) and continue to cooperate with Israel on the development of the Arrow missile defense system.

My thought was a Clinton/Obama 08 ticket would be the cons worst nightmare.
Actually when the lady fainted Obama stopped speaking and called for some help for the lady, then he handed down his bottle of water for her. He didn't resume his speech until she had been carried out of the room. Joe Scarborough seemed to think the whole thing was funny as hell. One of the night news people was with Joe at the studio or wherever they were and this guy said he hoped the lady would be okay. To which Joe said oh, I thought you were going to say we should take a moment and pray for her. Then he once again laughed hysterically. I swear, Joe is acting like he's drunk or something. Very bizarre.

It's hard to believe there are people so backward and stupid that they would do something like that to a presidential candidate. Hillary handled it perfectly but that's probably because she's been dealing with crap just like that for a very long time.

I have sincerely noticed that the so called "progressive" media is ignoring Edwards as much as the MSM. Go listen to Mark Green of Air Americas program this past Saturday. Mark Green had Arianna Huffigton and Gary Hart on all they talked about was Obama/Clinton Obama Obama Obama Clinton. Katrina from the Nation tried to bring up Edwards but Mark Green swept her efforts under the rug.

I'd like more info on that plant for Luntz, but methinks that could be a much bigger story.

The US Chamber of Commerce announced today it would 'invest' upwards of $60M to defeat any candidate(s) who proposed 'anti-business' initiatives.
Because, after all, business is what made this country great, and gave us all our jobs, and does 'everything' just for us, as their commercials say. Why, business is like a father or mother to us all, we couldn't get along without them, and they know best how things should be, and what and how we should do things. After all 'god' divided people into two group, employees and employers, and employers are the smart ones who can make things work, and employees are the dummies who should just give thanks every day that employers are there to take care of them. Amen, Hallelujah, All Thanks to Business.

I'm not sure what you find to dislike in Hitch's article... Everything in there is perfectly reasonable. His objections are those that any responsible liberal should have. Obama is fawned over while Clinton gets articles written about "why she rubs people the wrong way" and such...
