A&E biography of barack obama is on google video
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3545343528928314588&hl=en
this is an absolute joke. these people are so brainwashed. Thank GOD I still can see beyond this bull shit. Is there that much money i corporste sponshership?
Wow.
Obama beat the crap out of Hillary in all three races and the GOP is getting ready to nominate a guy hate radio can't stand.
God, I loved the video. Brilliant. Pretty much sums it all up for the right wing loons.
CD @ 3:
Obama has a narrow lead. Not enough to be declared the winner.
Nailed it.
They could have used the Wackiavelli lyrics from "Mislead the People, Mislead the Sheeple":
Paid reporters, planted reporters, fake reporters
taking orders
Let me help you understanda
Rubber stamped media propaganda
Mislead the people, mislead the sheeple
man that was a great video!
Bloody brilliant! Thanks for making my day.
Obama is big in Japan. Tabloid tripe, but Hillary threatens to divorce Bill, if she loses. Will Lake Mead be gone in 13 years? Trader's Joe is allergic to Chinese food from the Mainland. Hillary continues to be condescending
to states which swung for Obama.
Awesome Video.
CD @ 3:
George Bush will always be remembered for this wonderful moment in history. God bless America. Without his incompetence none of this could have happened.
Dubya speaks out against nooses, but this could easily apply to his own behavior. "Fathers were dragged from their homes in the dark of night before the eyes of their terrified children," he said. "Summary executions were held by torchlight in front of hateful crowds. In many cases, law enforcement officers responsible for protecting the victims were complicit in their deaths."
Wow! What a collection.. Great they've linked them and their nonsense together.
And, as of midnight February 12-13, 2008
Clinton: Still no congratulations for Obama
Clinton did not acknowledge Obama's winnings or congratulate him on his victories over the past two nights. Potomac Primaries gave him tonight 64%, 65% and 75% (DC) wins.
The courtesy of conceding a primary or caucus loss — and then congratulating your opponent — is by no means required. But it has become standard practice during campaign season.
...the notion of congratulating one’s opponent seems, for Clinton, to have fallen by the wayside.
And, while Obama voted AGAINST the telecoms' immunity, shillary didn't show up.
Getting more like her true self by the hour.
ltfcrazy @ 12:
Wow, what a concept. First Timer?
CappuccettoRosso @ 14:
You totally buy into Obamas act don't you.
That was a good video.
I don't trust any politicians. They have to earn it.
Good Night
CappuccettoRosso @ 14:
It was probably noted already but Clinton lost her deputy campaign manager Mike Henry (announced today). This follows Solis Doyle resignation. I don't really expect her focus would be on concession speeches.
She should join her campaign managers and vote with her feet.
Thing Fish @ 19:
I heard that earlier. Sounds like Clinton's campaign staff knows when to get off a sinking ship. Does she?
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Please go to YOUTUBE and rate it high! It only got a couple hundred hits! Amazing.
Also, if there are any musicians out there who collaborate check out my songs and contact me if interested.

What's up with all the fake ass Democrats posting here talking shit about Dr. Ron Paul being racist or wacko?!
I'm a Chicano from Texas now living in Arizona. Dr. Paul isn't a racist. You want to see a racist? Try taking a look at Sheriff Joe here in Maricopa County, AZ.
Dr. Paul a racist? A man that has delivered babies from people of all races? And you want to talk shit and call him a racist? WTF?!
And now you guys got Obama and Hillary? Lawyers to save America from war? Are you fucking kidding me?!
Oye, what about ending the war? You're counting on Obama to do that?! Based on what facts? Based on what voting record? How the hell does an unproven untested politician going to save us from this horrible illegal war?! You guys feel like champs rolling the dice on a man to save a country in the worst shape it's been in since it was created and shun the candidate that sang loud and clear that he would end this war.
But nooooooo. Fake ass Democrats have to support a democrat - proven or unproven - before they'll ever consider a Republican. Even I differ on issues with Dr. Paul, like abortion, but that's something that will never be settled or any standing President can ever resolve. What he did promise and what everyone does know for a fact based on his voting record is that he will make damn sure he will stop this fucked up war and has real solutions for our economy - but nooooo... Democrats call him wacko - why? Simply because you have the freedom of speech to say so without any proof.
You want a man you guys don't even know to save this country from a free-falling economy and an illegal war. Try to call me wacko for supporting Ron Paul to my face and watch me laugh - as if you guys stand on solid ground. Give me a fucking break.
Democrats just voted for immunity for telecommunication corporation - yeah, that's a lot Democrats. You guys have really proven your mettle to the American people. DEMOCRATS ARE LAME. Democrats are not the party for the minorities, they're just the lesser of two evils. Both parties have their ray of hope - Kucinich was the Democrats, Dr. Paul was the Repubilcans.
You have just about 3 left standing - Hillary, Obama, and McCain - either one i guarantee won't stop the war. Again, if you disagree, show me proof in voting records and don't quote me bullshit campaign trail speeches.
I saw Obama speak in Madison, WI, tonight. You guys...Barack is a muthaf*cking rockstar. There was so much energy at the rally. I can't even imagine Clinton generating that kind of excitement. I waited 90 minutes in the bitter cold to get inside the Kohl Center, and people were turned away. I was an Edwards supporter, but I'm behind Obama now. I'm hoping he can live up to the hype!
Hillary should step aside and let the people have Obama.
L.A. Confidential @ 16:
Not at all - FACTS are hard on YOU. Am an Edwards person. Have some reservations re: Obama. At least we'll be dealing w/diff set of characters. Not a clinton-LIEberman sleaze machine.
Know her crappola all too well living in NYC. An Arkansas fishmonger always an Arkansas fishmonger.
When JFK was elected, nobody expected him to fly himself to the Moon. I know Obama is not JFK, but inspiration might not hurt 300 mln nation after 8 years of Roving booosh - if we get to Jan 20, 2009, w/out the martial law.
What is shillary though? A nasty, vengeful, lying ... we all know the perfect word. I am a professional woman so spare yourself the usual women-hate bs. She is the very WRONG 'woman', just an All American uber-WAG (Brit meaning).
I hope Obama's security will be beefed up , he was totally mobbed in Winsconsin tonight, in a great way - am not concerned abt any terrists, but persons inconvenient to clintons historically have a bad habit of dying suddenly - as their friend Ron Brown, Sec of Commerce, killed in an "accident" in Dubrovnik, just a week before testyfying against Bill for the KongreSS. Bill personally asked/ convinced Brown to go in the 11th hour.
"29 LibertyLust Says:

That would be me. I was just refering to his words.
Silly me.
32 CappuccettoRosso,
LA Confidential is going to support Hillary to his dying breath. You might want to consider a nice brick wall to talk to instead.
"There are currently 4,049 total delegates to the Democratic National Convention, including 3,253 pledged delegates and 796 superdelegates. The total number of delegate votes needed to win the nomination is 2,025"
"So Hillary or Obama needs 2,025 delegates to win. The superdelegates are roughly 39% of this "magic number" of delegates that are needed to win."
Remember the superdelegates.
If Obama keeps crushing Hillary like he did tonight, the super delegates may flock to Obama's camp and make Ohio and Texas irrelevant. I don't think Clinton can afford to borrow from Guiliani's playbook.
Too late! She already has.
I really think it is over for her.
*Yawn* If it were not for all the "super delagates" that lined up like sheep behind Shillary she would be far behind right now.
But hey, thats what being an insider is all about; having the advantage on anyone that wants to change things for the better.
xoites defends Constitution @ 34:
thanks for the reminder - the other one from LA (PiLA) is even worse, but kind of evaporated. Might be b/c shillary ran out of money. Might be the same troll on two diff PCs, w/ diff IPs ?

Whoever wins the nomination will have a big job ahead of theml because I will expect Big Things of them and my other elected officials. My To Do list includes (but is not limited to) Global Warming, Iraq, and Universal Health Care, all of which are National Security Issues.
My chosen candidate (of those that chose to run, dammit) has already dropped out and I'm getting sick of all of this non-issue blather by Barack & Hillary supporters. Get back on track with the Issues, dammit! I have to wait until MAY to vote. DOn't screw around!
God Help Us if infighting and petty squabbles lead to another "R" in office.
PS: You "Supers" ...yes YOU! Behave! Your operative words MUST be "Fair" and "Open" -- any secret crap out of you and it's off to the "R's" with you!

If she gets Texas then I think she'll be around until April 22.
If she does not get Texas, Ohio and Pennsyvania she should bow out.
For about 6 years I think, the Bush administration has been saying that captured detainees are NOT prisoners of war and therefore the Geneva Conventions don't apply to them. Now that they are seeking the death penalty for 6 detainees at Gitmo, they suddenly are trying to compare the situation to Nuremberg, where war criminals were tried and sent to death. So, if they weren't war prisoners, how can they be tried for war crimes?

Zlad! @ 42:
I do expect a Democratic president come November. But I don't expect Big Things.
The economy is in bad shape. Slowing down, let alone stopping, the war in Iraq isn't going to help (though from a moral standpoint it has to be done).
I don't think the next 2-3 years to be the great. The deficit/cocaine rush years of Bush are over. Time to deal with the hang-over.

Very good point. In fact it was my first reaction to this bullshit when i heard this this morning.
Bush wants it both ways always.

This was on a local channel, but I agree.
LibertyLust @ 29:
Jesus. Kucinich and Paul have pretty much opposite political philosophies. Paul's psuedo-libertarian platform is just another pro-corporate republican agenda. Paul is a fucking wacko - the Libertarian Party (more wackos) basically kicked Paul out for being a closeted Republican. So a wacko got kicked out of the party of wackos for being too wacko.

Hillary, please just drop out now and save you and Bill your softly-earned cash. Obama beat you in Latino and women voters today. Yes you're still ahead in the polls in Ohio, Texas, and PA, but the more time Obama has, the better he'll do. In a couple weeks it will be neck and neck, most of your pledged superdelegates will switch sides, and on March 4 you'll lose.
I'm expecting some dirty Clinton campaign tricks to appear in the coming weeks.
Thing Fish @ 44:
Yes, you might be right. US Hispanics have a tendency to vote 'as told', and in TX as in FLA mostly live in a separate, totally Spanish speaking environment. Very little exposure to English speaking sources. TX is one of the big States w/ powerful/corrupt dems structure, so she might get it as she got NJ and NY. Although in these two, large Jewish vote, and it went for her - not such a factor in TX.

I hope he doesn't over dose on "Hillarax".

Donna was on Now (PBS, with David Brancachio, or however you spell that name). They told the story of how she was running against an entrenched corporatist democrat ("with democrats like this who needs republicans?"). And she won. Let's get happy.

Well the writers strike is over. Does that mean TV will get better? Well, 3% of it will. The rest, not a chance.
Obama has a lot to talk about, yes we can, or turn a page in history, change the way things get done in Washington, end the war in Iraq, have a lot of affordable stuff, Americans are tire of the old way things are done in Washington. Cheers, cheers, cheers. Actually, over and, and over the same old stuff, but Obama still avoids how it all will be done. Perhaps as he himself said in his book “Audacity of Hope” he does not know how, so he does not talk about how.
For months, America has heard this mantra, especially at Wisconsin; there seem to be a lot more of a low guttural tone to Obama’s crescendos. Sort of a grumbled rumbling but not as soft, but louder enough to be understood above the audience. All impressive for a thin guy like Obama, as a rock star, the Mainstream Media, across the spectrum has practiced for years pounding the shit out celebrities, were they Democrats?
Face it; Obama has a vocalization from low and loving, delightful, very articulate, exciting to dramatic, building levels of rage, not vulgar or irreverent, but intelligible that is rare in black political figures. Especially Democratic figures. Lucky he still is on the Democratic side. Hillary knows this, and it is difficult to compete in an auditory way, but in the arena of knowledge, ideals, explanations unique experience that can not be debated simply because each politician has personal trade secrets that can not be duplicated or crushed. This is what must be earned, called working experience that is not a college class, but a wide open cultural in your face mental fire fight in the public and political spectrum.
For Obama, this testing is about to begin, and if you think those corporate CEO’s are going to sit a around and watch while Obama is making claim to a stake in their bonus money, you can be sure, the Mainstream Media war is about to begin. And, usually unbalanced and totally unfair. Hillary’s history, talked about so much it won’t be as much fun as dealing with Obama, for me that would be why they want Obama as the front runner.
Hillary is going to play this out to the end to the convention as long as numbers of delegates are close. America don’t you see the education your getting from this? Hillary is showing all of us the need to understand the delegate process. The Irony is the rules to no rules way things are done that never have been talked about before. Especially, all the talk about getting the nomination if she lost everything from this point on to be chosen by the Supreme Court delegates. The irony is the Democrats have lost the two elections yet won the popular vote. It’s the delegates stupid.

Fluorescent Lights Release Toxic Mercury Directly Into The Environment - http://www.naturalnews.com/022627.html
Unfortunately, fluorescents contain noxious chemicals including argon and mercury that are contaminating the environment, specifically through their accumulation in landfill waste.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), approximately 800 million fluorescent lamps are disposed of every year.
RECYCLE THEM (DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY): But most compact fluorescent lights simply end up in landfill and are not recycled at all. That's because most consumers simply throw them in the trash rather than recycling them.
The solution, of course is LED lights, which contain no mercury and are significantly more energy efficient than both incandescent lights and fluorescent lights. That's why I launched a new company earlier this year, EcoLEDs.com (www.EcoLEDs.com), which provides mercury-free LED lights to businesses and consumers.
Right now, LED lights are very expensive to purchase up front, but they pay for themselves in about two years thanks to the savings in electricity (and they keep on working for 50,000 hours...).
