FAFBLOG IS BACK!
OFF THE BEATEN PATH: Zen Comix, Inte Bulle, Emdashes, Conservative Truths

"If I had to make a prediction right now, I'd say Barack Obama is going to be the next president..., I will be stunned if he is not the next president of the United States. Now, when he is sworn in, 99.9 percent of Americans won't know who he is or what he stands for. But it doesn't matter at this point."
Congressman Emanuel Cleaver
Please post on Yoo Fucker (my name for John Yoo from now on).
Meanwhile, over at the republican headquarters in Washington DC

And if you want to learn more about Yoo, maybe drop him a line and tell him how much you enjoy reading his short fiction stories, go here: http://www.law.berkeley.edu/faculty/yooj/
John Yoo should, at minimum, be fired.
And thanks for the link Mike.
Wow! Thanks for the link to FAFBLOG. Never heard of it befo'; I plan on returning regularly!

Frankly, considering the alternative in McCain and the insane neocons polishing his jockstrap, that suits me just fine.
Oh man...are we back to this again? "The lesser of two evils"? [sighs] Well...at least the gap between the two is larger than usual.
Fafblog is the best blog. It is also, for us blogger types, the telltale marker of old skool. I'm so glad they're back. Wonderful funny writing not to be missed.

The brainwashing is just about complete. You can already see clues we are heading into a period of National "Healing". Translation: A President who will “sweep all the corruption and losses, would-be indictments, perp walks and prosecutions under the rug and get on with an unprecedented taxpayer bailout of Wall Street and cuddle us poor, tired, and exhausted masses with "it's okay, everyone makes mistakes but things are going to be different now."
please, someone help me understand how berkeley employs yoo...
doesn't that seem odd?

That Nir Rosen interview is excellent. I heard it on the radio yesterday. Some good fact-checking today!
Yoo is really despicable. And let's not forget the involvement of Addington, Haynes, Cheney and Rumsfeld, among others. Yoo's views of the Constitution and the Federalist papers are completely at odds with any common sense, scholarly or legal interpretation.
Fafblog is back!
I'm sure that this is good news for republicans....

Uhh..didn't you read what was linked today? Reading helps if one is going to comment on blogs.
Tell me this isn't exactly the real face of the so-called "American Family Association" (as in all manner of calls for boycotts of companies suspected of "endorsing homosexuality," and invoking the G-d, Country and Family defence all the while)....

Political views, but a nice mix of topical stuff, too.
