You mean the IPCC? Those 2,500 "scientists" did not have a consensus you know. As long as someone contributed to the study, their names went in. Many of them were not even scientists.

Also, many of the scientists on the IPCC DISAGREED with the report's final conclusion.

Finally, you may or may not know about this, but the conclusion of the IPCC report was made BEFORE HAND...BY POLITICIANS.

It was not a proper scientific study. It was biased and corrupted. Not to mention the fact that many of the scientists in that study need to say it is real because that is the source of their living.

Sorry, this shit is in my head, sometimes it takes me a while to sort it all out. But all of what I said can be found using the net. I am not just trolling. I personally don't like to have to link to everything, because that would take forever.

I can tell you that I swear on my life that this is as much as I know about such an important topic, and the knowledge I have can be found. The truth is out there.

I promise that if you do a couple of quick Google searches, the answers will be on the first page of hits.

I think humans do affect the environment. But I don't think this is a bad thing. Like don't you think it's a pretty assertion to assume that an unchanged Earth is optimal? Why do you think humans should not affect the world? Or do you? Not sure actually. But in any event, if humans did affect the world, it is destiny. We are a part of nature, so everything we do is natural and not something to hate or fear.

Imagine what the world would look like in a million years. The Earth will be one giant city, with man-made oxygen generators. It will be a world in which we create it to best suit what it means to be human.

If this is what the Earth will look like in a million years, why try to stop it?

I did google climate change, and could not find one scientific peer reviewed paper that supports your claim, that the sun is the cause for the climate changes we are seeing.

OK, so peer review is your basis for knowledge. That's fine. It's not how I roll. Einstein was right before the peer review, so was everyone else. Sometimes the peer review process cannot produce 100% truth. Don;t get me wrong, the peer review process is a great method, but it's not foolproof. Climate change is, in my judgment, one of those things that hasn't been settled yet 100%. This is not because I have this unfair bias of being apologetic to free enterprise no matter what the costs. it's more to do with principle and science.

I know it's hard to find stuff on the net.

I think those who took science classes and professed to know anything are the ones that need a slapping. I took science in school, doesn't make me aware. I only know what I know. Last year GM rice got mixed into the normal rice supply, and there is no guarantee it won't happen again as they didn't change their protocol in how to do things.

Also interesting is the way people/governments etc are exploiting global warming for profit. More taxes on people for carbon outputs, trading carbon credits on the market, an Australian congressman wanted to tax families who had more than 2 kids as having an excess carbon output. Lawyers in this area are often charging 700/hr.

That said I'm not a 'troll" and I'm more leftist than center. But rather than believe any side's hardline facts/conclusions I look to see what the other side has to say and then rightly judge for myself. History is written by the victors, and in such you must learn to take the time to investigate all sides and points of view.
