Anyone else notice how Senator McCains many comments about Iran based on unsubstantiated claims during his one hour on Chris Matthews last week just passed through the MSM without being questioned? Chris Matthews gave him a complete free pass when he began repeating claims like there is "overwhelming evidence" that Iran is pursuing a Nuclear weapons program. Matthews did not question any of his false claims in regard to Iran. Deja Vu!

Then this past Sunday George Stephanpoulous gave McCain (Bush all over again) another free pass on Iran. Not only not questioning him but providing an open door by making unsubstantiated claims himself about Iran.

What is with Matthews and Stephanpolous. Hell one expects McCain to repeat the neo-cons claims about Iran. But Matthews and Stephapolous. They seem to have forgotten that the National Intelligence Estimate stated that Iran is not pursuing nuclear weapons. Iaea Mr. El Baradei also backs this up.
Why are these warmongers (Senator McCain, Lieberman, Lindsay Graham) allowed to continue to get away with this? Wake Up Matthews and Stephanapolous! Soon it will be 2009 and you may be cleaning up one of your Journalism messes again about how all of you did not do your job again before a pre-emptive strike on Iran.

People miss the point of how Moon operates when they look for donations to individuals. Sure he gives millions to key soul selling shills like the Bush family, but his money is mostly spent creating a political environment to push his right wing theocratic and fascist ideology - like the billions he spent on the Washington Times for this purpose.
Ultimately Moon doesn't give a damn about about the Bushes or anything but his own power hungry megalomania - all he wants is his ideology promoted. It just so happens that republicans leaned his way and repubs needed Moon's help to con the American public so they became a team to screw our country. Moon spent billions molding them far right - fascist and supported discernment free people like Falwell and Lahaye to give the nation a theocratic bent politically which Moon so desired.
Moon is literally the "True Father" of today's conservatism.
Mike thanks for the link to the excellent interview with Gorenfeld on Australian radio. American media refuses to tell the nation about Moon's influence over the country and all our lives, maybe the outside world can crack the wall.
Those of you who are rigthfully making note of how the media passes on McCain's false information need to realize this is not a mistake. They are decieving the American public on purpose and the sooner we face this fact the better. They are not going to allow Obama to become president - it won't happen.
Thomas Frank has been on a roll. Meanwhile, it's nice to see Moyers and Nussbaum talk again.
