Then Who IS Talking to Bob Novak?
By bluegal Sunday May 11, 2008 4:00pm'Cause even the quote thingy with your fingers won't get us to listen to you, Bob.
Obama, whose campaign jumped on Robert Novak's suggestion earlier this year of Clinton dirty tricks, mocked Novak's column today that Michelle [Obama] has nixed Clinton as a vice president...
[Senator Obama] dismissed it with a flit of his hand. He nearly didn't say anything, but then offered: "My wife does not talk to Bob Novak on a regular basis."
Dang, and I was gonna call Michelle Obama to find out if her new confidante Bob Novak got a subpoena in the Plame lawsuit.

Talking to your third bottle of vodka does not technically constitute a source.
Quote thingy? I thought he was singing "Little Bunny Foofoo."
who listens to this pompous ass?
just another reichwingneocon liar butth@le.
Michele Obama, the new "Jackie O", is going to wear thin after about the first 60 days of his inauguration if elected. They need to keep her well under wraps until this is over since her anger and arrogance is not very becoming. Insisting that she understands the plight of the average worker since they have had to shell out $10,000 yrly for dance lessons, costumes, riding lessons, gymnastics, etc., certainly made me feel for them. Yep, grassroots people all the way.
This is the same guy who accused Jon Stewart of having "delusions of grandeur."
This wicked old grumpy war prostitute has a direct line to Lucifer.
Wiped off that Brown Lipstick from servicing Rove yet, Bob?
Yeah, when I want the inside scoop on Obama's next move, where else would I go than Bob "Benedict Arnold" Novak?
What with him being so dependable.
Unless you're actually FIGHTING terrorism, that is.
bubba @ 1:
Made me laugh, Bubba. Didn't wanna do it, but you made me.
He was on Fox today giving his opinions on all sorts of things. Of course the conversation got around to the quote by Michelle about being happy and yeah, the flag pin too.
They were saying that McCain wouldn't bring up these things but that the 527s "probably" would.
If I were Michelle I would be telling Obama to nix the Hillary on the ticket idea because the last thing Obama, as president, would need to deal with is Bill telling him how to do his job. A president should only have to deal with one vice president at a time. I cannot see how Bill would sit back and let Hillary and Obama run the country without putting in his two cents as often as possible. Sure Bill could have some good advice for Obama, but he can give it to him without having Hillary in the middle.
Novakula ought to be in rotting in jail with Rove, Cheney and the rest of them.
If there were any justice in America, Novak would be in the Hague with his masters.
Pat J @ 4:
your statements are just more gop pundit bullsh*t. try telling the truth.
why would hillary want to vp, when she is either gonna be handed the gov of ny or senate leader
Novak is to me just like Rush. If he didn't open his mouth once in a while and say something outrageous, no one would remember that he is alive.
Today on Fox he said that the repubs have a file on Michelle. Suggesting what? That she is an black lady who grew up in middle class America and married a man who is half black? Yeah sure, I can see tons of problems for her in the future. Wait, no I can't.
Pat J @ 4:
She doesn't understand common people the way Cindy "Private Jet" McCain does.
Curiously enough "Nowak" in Klingon means "slave who handles chamber pots for his masters". Notice the creased supra-orbital ridge.
Who is Bob Novak talking to??? Who the fuck cares??? I sure as hell don't..... He's another worn out has-been trying to recycle himself yet, one more time... and make himself relevant in some way again... Ain't workin on me... Yer a punk Novakula..worthless sperm... Talk to the hand beyotch!!! JD
uncle joe hussein mccarthy @ 13:
NY has a governor, Governor Patterson. I don't see him giving that up anytime soon. And as for Senate leader, we already have Senator Reid. In fact, her campaign may create problems for her in the Senate. Since, among those who've voted, the majority suppport Obama. The longer Hillary's campaign continues, the more likely she is to be labeled divisive and hurting our likely nominee. In turn, the fewer friends she may have in the Senate when she returns.
Rusty Shackleford @ 15:
And don't forget First ladies man Bill. If he gets back in the White House, no big butt will be safe....again.
So Novak says that Michelle Obama doesn't want Hillary on the ticket and that should mean what to me? This sounds like the kind of gossip you expect from old ladies at the beauty salon.
dadams @ 12:
Honey, that is the truth. She said it herself. To a group of women around a picnic table. The camera panned the women's reactions and they just sat there. Dumbstruck.
pissed off patricia @ 20:
Since he didn't hear that from Michelle, he probably heard it from...his a**.
Pat J @ 4:
man, you sure are jealous of the successful now arent you?
jackie o???
boy, that is a stretch
here is what i am getting tired of...the abject racism of this country couched in other terms
the only black people you like are the stepandfetchits and the uncle toms
I don't worry about Bill's sexual escapades, I worry about his verbal escapades. He is so defensive of Hillary on the campaign trail, imagine how he would be in the white house if she were vice president. Not a pretty scene.
I really don't care how the Obama's spend their personal income. Nor would I expect them to care how I spend mine. I grew up poor as hell but I don't live today the way I did back then. If they want to spend their money on their little girls, that's no ones business but theirs.
If Obama were to choose Hillary as VP, he'd better also hire a food taster.
Mrs. Obama will never compare to Jackie O.
How is he still not in prison? Is he not technically a traitor? Or did we pass some crazy law that makes traitors patriots?
I thought Novak was doing a tribute to Chris Farley in the above photo:
well maybe I'm not "the norm". I'm not "camera friendly", I don't "wear clothes that fit me", I'm not a "heartbreaker", I haven't had "sex with a woman", I don't know "how that works", I don't "fall in line", I'm not "hygienic", I don't "wipe properly", I lack "style", I don't have "self-esteem", I have no "charisma", I don't "own a toothbrush", I don't "let my scabs heal", I can't "reach all the parts of my body", when I sleep I sweat profusely. But I guess the powers that be will keep signing my pay check until Jack and Jane K. Viewer start to go for the remote so they can get back to commentators who don't "frighten children", who don't "eat their own dandruff", who don't "pop their whiteheads with a compass they used in high school".
I guess Michelle told him to wear this....
http://wonkette.com/389665/omg-obama-wears-flag-pin
Recently I heard a one of the talking heads (not David Byrne or Tina Weymouth) say that anything is possible and that Nobody could have guessed that JFK would pick LBJ as a VP. I don't think Michelle-O wants to end like Jackie-O, a wid-O.
abarts @ 26:
Who is comparing who to who? Are you on drugs?
Rusty Shackleford @ 15:
Cindy understands the beer drinking habits of good salt-of-the-earth working class white guys, and has made a fortune.
Obama/Clinton white house = non-stop situation comedy tabloid entertainment!
ben @ 31:
Ben, read upthread. It's not hard to do, unless you're medicated.
Maybe Novak could try to find out when we will see John McCain's health records and Cindy McCain's tax returns. I think that would be a more journalistic endeavor than spreading rumors about the Obamas.
pissed off patricia @ 24:
I can't think of a single instance where Bill's defense of his wife was unjustified. That being said the only instance I found of a candidates spouse being over the top and unjustified was this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sN1qZMBE9Gc I found this disturbing on several levels. It is the only instance in this campaign of a general attack on a candidates family. Whatever Bill's past actions neither Hillary nor Chelsea deserved that attack. Furthermore the idea that someone runs or controls a family is a rather disturbing concept in its' own right. It may be necessary for both the Obamas to do this sort of thing in order to win in November but spare me the holier-than-thou nonsense.
You guys need to check out this "Presidential Voting Scenario Simulations" that I found on HuffPo. The guy behind this simulator predicted that Obama would win NC by 17 (he won by 14) and lose by 2 (he lost be 2) in Indiana last week while the rest of the polls have far different results.
Now he has all of these simulations and models about three ways that Obama can improve his chances to winnning by over 60% - 70% by just raising the turnout by no more than 20% - 40% by certain groups, including youth and Blacks which is VERY possible.
If this is true, then it supports the original argument I made that this year won't be based on demographics, but on turn out of your strongest support. So whatever Obama lost in terms of the older white woman vote, he could make up for with Blacks and youth. He was either going to win by 10 or lose by 10. According to these simulations, that might be true.

I can't get any work done with the Snorg girl's thighs all over my screen.
PPV: Novak vs Cheney in cage match, undead from the penitentiary!
abarts @ 34:
Once again..who is comparing who to who? Yes I did read what that wannabe neocon smartass wrote. She wasn't comparing them in a good way. You got it?
uncle joe hussein mccarthy @ 23:
Novak, Rove, Cheney, Mary Matalin and the whole bunch who outed an agent and lied us into this war should be in prison. If there is any justice in this world Novak and Rove will be tried and convicted and Bush/Cheney and friends will be handed over to the International Criminal Court for war crimes and crimes against humanity. That's a really big IF. I really don't believe that Obama or Clinton would do the right thing here.
Peter G @ 36:
You probably forgot about Bill trying to explain the Bosnia story after Hillary had already said it wasn't true. But that's okay.
I don't know what you took away from what Michelle said on that video, but I didn't think it reflected on the Clinton family. I took it as a general comment about anyone.
Pat J @ 40:
"How do you stay so wonderful?" Yech.
myko @ 38:
I have read here other complaints about that ad, but I don't see the ad at all. Where does it appear on your screen, what area?
Pat J @ 40:
"You sound frustrated as hell and if you are a Hillary supporter, I can understand why you would be. The trouble with this campaign time is that the dems had two good candidates and I believe either should and could beat McCain. I don’t blame you for being angry and frustrated. Were I in your shoes I would probably be feeling the same way."
Thanks for understanding. This is one of the few times I have not been called a racist or worse. I am just so sick of the sexism and insults.
pissed off patricia @ 42:
I just watched that video and I don't think anyone could take anything from that other than a slam on the Clinton family. She is an arrogant, rude and tactless woman. I suppose she could have been talking about their big supporters, the Kennedy's, but I doubt it. Talk about a state of denial - the Obama supporters are redefining it daily.
And please don't scream back at me that I must be a racist, neo-con troll because I'm not bamboozled by the Obama's.
NO ONE TALKS TO NOVAKULA!
that was just a plea for attention. Poor fool!
No one talks to him anymore. he lost his hallowed seat at CNN.
did the sunday morning shitheads also black him out of the programs?
Pat J @ 4:
With all due respect I think you might be a little out of touch. I don't know what experience you have with putting kids through public school lately, but $10,000 doesn't seem like that much, with the exception of the riding lessons. First of all, things are different from when I went to public school Today, everything is EXTRA, and that means all extra-curicular activities....football, band, chorus, soccer, cheerleading, whatever. Most kids need to participate in out-of-school activities, dance lessons or out-of-school sports coaching. It's healthy. Welcome to middle-class America and the struggles.
POP #20: This sounds like the kind of gossip you expect from old ladies at the beauty salon.
Hey, POP, watch it! (An old lady) LOL
Pat J @ 46:
In the end, the goal is to take back our country and not have four more years of bush. That's where we have to focus. I know it's pissy as hell now, but once we all pull together and get aimed in the same direction, I think we will all be enjoying some smooth sailing for a change.
Bluesage @ 47:
I guess you said yourself. no need for anyone to repeat it.
liberAL @ 50:
Not all old ladies gossip at the beauty salon though. Some old ladies just rock! :)
This is "WHO IS TALKING TO ROBERT NOVAK"!
pissed off patricia @ 53:
my old lady goes to the beauty parlor AND she rocks too!
Rico @ 49:
Actually I think you may be the one out of touch. The Obama's made four million last year which does not make them middle-class. I'm middle-class and helping put a granddaughter through medical school. If I heard someone that made four million complaining about the cost of dance lessons I might be a bit offended at the tactlessness of their complaint. You are defending the indefensible.
BaScOmBe against Bitter Elitist Bullshit @ 52:
If you are going to quote something I said, then quote the whole sentence. Chopping it up to suit your purposes destroys your credibility and makes you look foolish. What I said was that there was no need to call me names because I don't support Obama.
pissed off patricia @ 20:
How would you know. LOL
Pat and Rico -
I wouldn't mind making $4 million a year myself, frankly, sure would help out quite a lot. But in the world of presidential candidates, 4 million isn't exactly the biggest fortune around.
Seems there's a bit of unseemly envy here - don't know about Michele, but her husband sure as hell has experienced what it's like to be poor and struggling. So he went to law school and became a success - isn't that what the American Dream used to be about? Would you rather have a candidate who went to law school and failed miserably and if it weren't for enormous family connections and wealth would otherwise be totally incapable of supporting himself never mind his two daughters by the sweat of his brain? Hey, we got one in the White House right now...
If I had two daughters, like most people, I'd want to supply them with whatever I could to give them every possible advantage, particularly in a country where advantages are thin on the ground. Two daughters, divided by dance lessons, costumes, riding lessons (and don't give me any shit about riding horses being elitist, go watch rodeo and tell me those people are snobby toffs!), gymnastics, music. Then divide that into $10,000. Roughly $1,000 per year, per kid, per extra-curricular activity. That's not a lot. Which, by the way, is being paid to someone who's making their living off it.
So give us all a break - uber-millionaires like Kerry and Clinton are so much further removed from grassroots reality than either Michelle and Barack. I don't resent their money - I just wish I, too, had enough to pay for music lessons and dance and riding... and maybe if he becomes President, we all might have a better chance at it ourselves.
"Douche bag of liberty!"
abarts @ 26:
Nope. A similar comparison is actually Hillary. Her man tackles anything in a skirt the exact way JFK did, while Jackie stood around looking stupid, just like Hillary.
Bluesage @ 56:
Well, with that logic then everything any one of the three candidates says about the economic condition of the middle class should be thoroughly disregarded. Let's just agree that one of the candidates (spouses included) is nearer economically to the rest of America than the other two. Good night.
Bluesage @ 57:
So you support a Repukelican and yet you are on C&L? Honestly, proven over and over that Hill and McSame are exactly the same, so............
His secret sources are his dreams, where he sees Michelle and Hillary in a cat fight every night. -The Political Jerk
nonny mouse @ 59:
Well good for you and good for them. Just don't turn it into a whine about how tough you are having making ends meet for the extras when the average guy is sitting at the pump wondering if he can afford to gas up to get to work and if he will be able to afford the mortgage payment when it comes due. No one is denying them anything but a little sensitivity might go a long way when complaining about extras.
Bob Novak is a satanist !! hes doing one subtle form of the satanist salute
nonny mouse @ 59:
Well said, and I agree. And heaven forbid your son wants to take up hockey! And for daughters, they're sports aren't cheap either, and schools don't pick up the tab. I understood and appreciated Michelle Obama's point very well.
Bluesage @ 47:
You talk like the Obama's are in actuality trash, and the Clinton's are the puritans. Hate to break it to you, but they have been embroiled (both rightfully and wrongfully) in nothing but case after case of questionable behaviour for both their entire political lives. To even think about supporting that, when there actually is a viable option that isn't RePukelican, is beyond absurd. Do you really want a candidate that a majority of the US voters say is divisive, corrupt, and not worth voting for, or would you actually rather have a Repub in office? That is exactly what you'll get if she wins the nomination. Obama may lose the general, but at least it is the best case scenario that is left.
Pat J @ 21:
Useless to use facts or the truth with those who are drunk on the Kool-Aide. They won't listen. They will be astounded and enraged at what McSame does to Barry if the SDs are dumb enough to give him the nod. But they will never admit they've been had by a cheap, two-bit grifter running a scam that was threadbare three generations ago. Go rent 'Elmer Gantry' and see how Hollywoood tells this tale. Full of sound and fury....
Signifying nothing.
Pat J @ 65:
Again you seem to miss he point. The "average guy" you're talking about also has the kids doing the extras we're talking about. IOW...they're the same people.
A.Citizen @ 69:
Ya, we've all seen how well electing established lifelong experienced politicians has done for the US.
There is a concerted effort that's been going on for months to make Obama look weak by making it appear that his wife "wears the pants" in his family. What's particularly comical is how these screetching Hillbots have taken up the cause, feeding right into the hands of the Novaks of the world. Michelle Obama is more of arrogant and elitist than Cindy McCain? Really? You are either uncomfortable with a strong black woman, or you are delusional. Take your pick.
I guess in the eyes of Hillary's supporters, the only candidate's spouse who was allowed to have any influence is Hillary. Good think Bill didn't keep her under wraps all those year, since it's her only claim to the presidency.
BG
Well, we know he's been dating Ann Coulter, so Ann probably heard Michelle talking when Ann was hiding behind a potted palm at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse when he took his family there for the occasional steak and glass of wine he likes.
LMAO, that comment was PERFECT!! Make them out to be what they are: Idiots deserving of the butt-end of a joke. Man, that kind of confidence has been lacking from Democratic politics for far too long...
(I guess watching your best humorist's head explode in a motorcade will do that to you, unfortunately.)
Well, judging by the comments on this post as well as others that are so far into the Obama camp, should he get the nomination he has already declared, we should have no problem joining hands and bowing our heads as we all march into the voting booth together. All of us racist, lowbrows, uneducated hillbillies, old ladies, passe democrats, unnecessary females, and worse, will coalesce in time for a happy hayride over to the polls and smile away any differences we have had during the primary. Just like nothing has happened or been said to herd us back into the fold. Forget Donna Brazile and the divisiveness she has created. And for those who by that time may not be able to afford the gas to get there and may be facing deeper financial problems like with food, housing, medical and the like, don't worry because those others who can are also feeling the pinch for those darn soccer games and away trips and the skating and gymnastic lessons, they just keep getting more expensive so they can really feel your pain!
So yes, there is a lot of feeling for you out there because you can see they relate, because if you are making $100,00 or more its a pinch but when you are making $50,000 or less it is a tragedy.
Pat J @ 75:
NOBODY gets this upset if their RICH candidate is losing unless they are a troll or a little touched. Or working for someone else's campaign. They are politicians. Get it together or go see a doctor.
Obama is so awesome when it comes to brushing off the right wing. He dose not take the bait for a second...perfect, people are getting this tactic.
Little Bunny Foofoo. Too funny. Guaranteed to give anyone nightmares, never mind little children.
ConcernedCanuck @ 76:
Always with the "troll" or a "little" touched to end an argument. So what you are saying is that anyone not onboard the Obama express needs to "see a doctor". Pretty extreme rebuttal when someone disagrees.
Novak = TREASONOUS TRAILER TRASH
I don't care what this pig's background is. He was raised a liar, a human void of conscience. I work with the poor, they have far more honesty and class than this uppity piece of human trash.
This type of venting is not healthy, however, I have such contempt for any person who already has it made, materially speaking, and yet, sells his or her soul for more stuff.
Jesus, I'd get out of the business before I'd allow it to suck out my soul. Novak is either very stupid, or very immoral.
Pat J @ 75 - man oh man, you could incinerate marshmallows with the vitriol you're giving off there. What, I decide that of the three surviving candidates my best bet is on Obama, and because I don't choose Hillary this makes me a bad person?? I'd really like just to vote FOR someone once in awhile rather than AGAINST.
Used to be the 'average' person in America was middle-classed. As in, with a bit of budgeting and financial planning, able to pay a mortgage, save up for his kids' college educations, and afford those extras having kids seems to require, like baseball uniforms and soccer practice and dance lessons and piano/violin/tuba lessons, and swimming lessons, and riding lessons, or anything else kids seem to need - let's not even go into buying Gameboys and whatever incarnation the Cabbage Patch dolls are popping up for this year.
The 'average' person is gone - along with the middle class. When you struggle to find the $1,000 a year per kid, per lesson on a 4 million a year income, the middle class is well and truly dead.
Last time I looked, Hillary made $20 million on her own last year, not counting Bill's income. And she signed onto a bill making it near impossible for average people suffering financial disaster due to things like, oh, catastrophic illness or job loss, to file bankruptcy, after taking money from credit card lobbyists. So how in touch with the 'grassroots' would this make Obama's only real challenger?
Yeah, maybe Michelle Obama can afford that $10,000 a year for extra-mural stuff for her kids while a huge section of Americans can't... anymore. Including me. Probably including most of us here. But if I'm going to vote for someone, it's going to be a choice between someone who is perhaps a lot better off than I am but not that far outside the realm of hope, and someone who is astronomically better off than I am and making it harder for me to have any hope of 'middle-classdom'.
This doesn't make me racist, lowbrow, an uneducated hillbillies, a passe Democrats or an unnecessary female, although I'm probably rapidly approaching old-lady phase. I'm not a slavering tool of the Obama camp, or a self-loathing Hillary-hater - I'm a voter. I'm making as informed a decision as I can.
And to paint me or anyone who would dream of NOT voting for Clinton as if I were a slavering tool of the Obama camp, or a self-loathing Hillary-hater only serves to alienate me further from the Hillary campaign. It shows profound disrespect for my cognitive abilities and capacity for informed choice; so on behalf of intelligent voters everywhere, go toast your marshmallows somewhere else.
abarts @ 26:
For real.
Who wants to be like Jackie?
She was a little slow and submissive for my taste.
Pat J @ 4:
SUCK ON IT, PATJ. She get props from everyone who wasn't born with a silver spoon up his or her ass, becasue she knows what a work ethic is.
There simply is no one who can come close to that chicken-hawk, frat-boy in OUR whitehouse when it comes to UNJUSTIFIED ANGER AND ARROGANCE. Peddle your bullshit somewhere else, rovian troll.
John Howard @ 77:
Yepper!
Nonny Mouse: Please scroll up and view the things that have been aimed at me simply for one comment I made. The last referred me to a doctor, a psychiatrist I presume, because the person did not agree with me. And that is perfectly okay, no one is required to agree with me. I read your response and it was fine until I got to the end when you signed off by telling me to go toast my marshmallows somewhere else. And nowhere in any of my postings did I refer to Hillary Clinton but yet you characterized my post as if I were attacking you personally. Not at all.
My point, and it is only my point of view, is that somewhere in all this campaign rhetoric the plight of many people who earn under a certain income, who struggle daily to make ends meet, who may have to work two jobs to achieve that end, who face the cost of rising gasoline, who worry over the loss of health insurance or maybe forgo it to pay the mortgage, who cannot afford those extras, are part of this equation. Sexism has been championed by bloggers and supporters and I doubt that you would deny this. Again, the point was to illustrate the difference in status. Those who can do, those he cannot do without.
To be able to express this has led to some pretty harsh comments toward me and that is okay, I can take it. But nowhere were my remarks meant to be taken so personally when they were only intended to be illustrative of the divisiveness of this primary.
Pat J - Point taken. Apology proferred. Still stand by my choice of candidate, however, for all the reasons given above.
dadams @ 12:
Not true, many dems feel that way about Michelle. She is so far from being a Jackie O it is ridiculous. There is no comparison between the two. And she is one angry woman and it won't be pretty having to look at her for four years.
Psst - That Michelle Obama is 'one angry woman' isn't really that much of a deficit. I'm glad she's angry. Someone damned well should be. The country has been raped and pillaged and decimated over the last seven years, the damage is deep and entrenched, and it's kinda refreshing that someone is candid enough to be openly angry about it. Give me passion and honesty over composure and etiquette any day.
Actually, while I intend to vote for Obama, his quote (“My wife does not talk to Bob Novak on a regular basis.”) is a non-denial denial. He didn't dispute the facts of the quote. He didn't even say that his wife did not talk to Novak in this instance, just not on a "regular basis." While I doubt that Michelle, was, in fact, the one who actually passed on the info, someone close to her could have and I've little doubt that Mrs. Obama has ill feelings for the Clintons.
Plus, think of it this way, since Novak's credibility is so questionable, it would allow Barak to dismiss the story in an off-handed manner, mitigating the fallout while still getting the message out that Hill ain't gonna make the cut. I'm not saying with any certainty, that's what happened, but it is not outside the realm of possibility. If that's how it happened, however, it's actually a clever way of handling the situation.
Left&Left @ 6:
In a word...........sublime.
jim @ 7:
Blatantly beautiful.
Pat J @ 85:
YOU are now stating your point. Should have done that from the get go instead of the nasty comment that started this string of snark.
You must not know that a lot of people in our country, like 74% have had it up over the eyeballs with these unsavory elites............so you must not be in that percentile???
nonny mouse @ 88:
Instead of Cindy "I stole pills and ate them," or Bill "I got goodies"? Yeah, angry stands up pretty well.
Bob Novak is half-lizard
Agree with the angry.......it's about f*&!$n time.
PatJ: Obama has not said anything about being the "declared" candidate. Last I heard, he stated that it was Clinton's right to run as long as she wished.
One last statement: If you read from the beginning of this blog just absorb the misplaced anger directed back and forth at one another. Someone makes a comment and almost every post thereafter turns into a slugfest. This blog is not unique but after awhile you begin to question: are we not all democrats for the most part? Haven't we had enough of the past almost 8 years of this administration? Are we not united in that one respect at least? You have two candidates running in the primary. From reading the blogs you almost get the impression that instead of two Dems competing it is almost as if it were a Repub and a Dem in the general. The level of discourse, and I will include myself as well since my comment was snarky, has us all at one another's throats instead. How do we repair this? What steps do we need to take to come together in November? How do we keep from bashing one or the other's choice without relegating to rants that only churn up the displeasure? Surely none of us is that naive to believe that what we put out there is going to draw the other to our side when the delivery is either sarcastic, stupid, or consists of name calling. Or ami I being naive. Maybe this is only the best we can do.
Pat J @ 96:
Time to abandon the kitchen sink approach, you think? I'm staying hot over this until the super-delegates get my message.
Brad @ 97:
Brad, I give up.
With a new Democratic administration looming on the horizon, Novak, and all the other corporate media shills should be denied access. Without access they are nothing. Let them sell apples on street corners. It would be a more honest living than what they are engaged in now.
tHeHusseinGaMeOfLiFe @ 82:
I love Jackie O, but you're right on. Just like ole Hillary, she wasn't perceptive enough to keep up with her "I never saw a piece of ass I didn't want" husband. Trust me, Michelle Obama wouldn't ever put up with that shit.
Novak is nothing more than an embalmed corpse that the Corporate Media remove from it's crypt as needed and then shock it with electrical prods to make it say what THEY want it to say ............... it's that simple.
"My wife does not talk to Bob Novak on a regular basis.”
That's what I used to think. (Sob). The husband's always the last to know...
