My Question For Junior Senator Obama

Uhhh ... maybe go after Bin Ladin in Afghanistan and stay after him THERE until we got him, instead of going off to war with a country that was not a threat and had nothing to do with 911.

But you already knew that and are just pulling our chains.

Comcast is hiring individuals for their "homeland security department" to search their users data to find actionable intelligence. There is a bounty of $750 per find.

Did you know your cable company had a spy department? Or that individuals with little or no credentials could access all your phone, internet and tv records?

This is similar to the British offering their citizens a reward if they turn in a fellow citizen for welfare fraud.

"Capture the charismatic leader and financial sponsor of the 9/11 attack, the Saudi Arabian rogue millionaire fanatic Osama bin Laden."

That would be honest.

Here is an article that shows you the actual econ data for the us. Inflation 7 to 10%, unemployment much higher and growth much lower. deficit much higher due to "unified budget" where social security is used to off set the imbalance.

Very interesting read that will help you understand why the markets are feeling better than your wallet.

Sounds like an excellent reason to get rid of ComCast if you have it and get something else. I for one use an ADSL connection here, it cost me about$79US per month. It's got enough Bandwidth that I could put in a Server and sell bandwidth to my neighbors. I already give some away to my lady friend (they have to be withing 100 meters) and she does my shopping for me. (nice trade off cause I only have the motorcycle)

oh yeah, that is scary.

and is in line with AT&T "allegedly installing illegal secret surveillance rooms in its internet facilities at the behest of the National Security Agency"

which: "The government argues that the case must be thrown out since it involves national security matters, while AT&T says it can't defend itself without spilling classified information. Federal district court Judge Vaughn Walker ruled last July that the case could proceed, because President Bush has admitted the existence of the NSA's warrantless wiretapping of Americans' overseas communications."

The Batshit Crazy link was well worth the read for the laughs provided therein. It would seem that Mr Kayter, like Icarus, flew too close to the sun (and too far from oxygen) more times than is strictly advisable for someone interested in preserving their brain cells.
