George Bush becomes Mr Mackey

Bush: We've got what we call a Disaster relief fund. There's enough money in that fund to take care of this disaster. But what we're concerned about is future disasters this year and therefore we're going to work with the Congress. Jim Nussle's going to go up and work with Congress to get enough money in the upcoming supplemental to make sure that fund is,,,ahhh...is got enough money to deal with the potential disaster, another disaster this year.
Mackey: The funds need money, mmmkay? And I want to make sure the funds get money, mmmkay? Because it's good that the funds have money, mmmkay?
I know it is important to have funds available, but the way he frames the issue is kinda like.....two and two are four....Comedy Central's Mr. Mackey says....

another fucking lie
There you go John, MMMkay.
It reminds me of daddy bush on TV, talking about the new epidemic CRACK!!! This is crack this is what it looks like and if you smoke it you will feel better than anything you have ever tried before becoming imediatly addicted.
Now we have tons of loosers all around town smoking this shit, sick ass twisted crack heads. MMMKAY
the remaining months of the Cheney/Dubya administration should from here on out be reported only as animation. It would come across as just as believable.
Dinkledoofus is the absolute sorriest excuse for a human. I would love to Rapture him.
The republick platform:
Drugs are bad mmkay, sex is bad mmkay, gays are bad mmkay, n'ers are bad mmkay, secularists are bad mmkay, poor people are bad mmkay, brown people are bad mmkay.
Iowa turns blue. Can you imagine how Al Gore would have handled this?
Is Dick Cheney's glans showing from below Dubya's tonsils yet?
Here is the actual translation:
Bush: "Ugh, see we spent all of that money from the disaster relief fund so we are going to approach the Chinese again for a loan just like we did for our stimulus package."
Then today he sent out one of his minions to the press with this little Gem::
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush will make an announcement on Wednesday about energy and call on Congress to pass legislation lifting a ban on offshore oil drilling, the White House said.
"With gasoline now over $4 a gallon, tomorrow he will explicitly call on Congress to also pass legislation lifting the congressional ban on safe, environmentally friendly offshore oil drilling," White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said on Tuesday.
The photo that was accompanying this piece is a pic of bush and cheney with their heads together. I imagine the conversation was .. "hey, george ... we can get one more good hump out of the old gal before we dump her and move to our islands."
Mr. Slave to Bush : "We should drill , drill , drill, jesus christ! "
Future disaster this year?
As in a whole continent full of bankrupt, re-poed, and idle former WalMart shoppers, many of them with half of their skin tattooed and many of that bunch all revved up to "roll heavy and gun up" against the folks who screwed them?
StirFry @ 10:
yes!! drill everywhere, the more we drill the more we can take advantage of our country full of fools who voted for us AGAIN in 2004 Can you believe it?
Drill drill drill ...hahahahahahaha
i may be loosing it.....
Don't worry Bush, just tack the funding onto the national debt like you always do. You seem to excel at that. From the Bureau of the Public debt:
$9,386,790,419,525.60

Another disaster - what, like a military drill going live?
Truth B Told @ 14:
Only the shadow knows what Bush Co is up to.
"...because the body needs air to live, mmmkay and it gets air by breathing in the good air and out the bad stuff, mmmkay...so it's in bad, out good, mmmkay...??!!"
...well, at this rate, at least he'll be too stupid and confused to keep on breathing soon.
Yet, billions are flooding out of Congress like nothing is wrong.
They should shut down it down and stop paying the politicians.
StirFry @ 10:
LOL
...til you get to Mr. Hanky, Gatekeeper of the Gushers, hehe...
;-}
I hate comedy central's new portal. What they have to go change it for? Damn thing never streams properly at the office.
I think lil' bush was in the back row and smoked the merryjuwanna, mmmkay?
I fucking hate Bush, mmmmkay?
L.A. Confidential @ 11:
I shop at wallyworld :p
I can honestly say it has a very maoist feel to it, compared to european stores,
♠Bangkok-Bob♠ in Chiang Mai @ 12:
its an epiphany, quite normal living under fascist regimes.
Sounds like from the way he frames the issue that they've got a false flag disaster planned too. Don't get me wrong - with the climate change I expect some serious natural disaster to me in etore for us and it's definitely a good idea to be prepared. But this is the bush administartion we're talking about here - they don't believe in climate change, helping people or being prepared so that's why I say false flag planned.
boosh was probably shocked that they had 2500 national guard to help in Iowa. He will deploy them to Iraq ASAP in another SURGE. Probably in the midst of the rescue efforts. voosh will probably use the prison break in Afghanistan as the excuse.
I think it's smart to beware of a President so desparate to show he's still relevant. The time between now and January 20 will seem like a century.

Anything going on in Denver in August?
Funny, I woulda said Mr. Hankey.
"Gosh, you all smell like flowers!"
I gotta say, I think it's way past time we threw dumbya and cheney into the volcano.
We need the gods to favor us this growing season.

Funniest comment of the week! Thanks for the laugh. Should be good as a miniseries.
COMEDYCENTRAL blows.
None of their videos are available outside of Fortress amerika!
Please don't link to them.
Thanks!

Mr. Sock will be upset

L.A. Confidential @ 15:
Maybe I'm hallucinating but his monkey chattering sounds very much like they're really really really expecting another disaster. What about this particular disaster (the Bush administration)
mhj555 @ 29:
Cool !!
Notice how he doesn't blink until he starts talking about the upcoming disaster, then he starts blinking like he did in 2002 whenever he was lying about WMD in Iraq.
Regarding a false flag incident, one can only hope the Joint Chiefs of Staff have already had a private conversation with the president -- Mr. President, if you declare yourself President for Life, we will arrest you on January 21, 2009. Oh, we know you are the Commander-in-Chief, but how many armored divisions do you have, how many fighter and bomber wings, how many aircraft carriers, how many special operations troops? Never forget that your power, or lack thereof, stems from us and our oath to the Constitution does not permit a president for life. You'all have a good day now.
Methinks this would cause Bush and Cheney serious chest pains.
Future disasters this year?
Rufus @ 36:
blackwater???
The piece of shit looks haggard.
CoIntelPro for Pronktastic Democratic Party Victory @ 38:
Blackwater? If it came to that, the military would crush blackwater. Few in number and lightly armed.
If this joker doesn't say anything else the rest of his term, the country will be a lot better off. Cheney and the boys don't even give a shit what he says anymore.
Hopefully, the real disaster will be gone come Jan. '09.
John, all of this 'supplemental' funding (off the books) MUST be collected, tallied and publisized.
Bush is using supplementals to whitewash his administration.
Dont let him get away with it.
'is got enough money to deal with the potential disaster, another disaster this year', Dubya says (in his typical mangled, disastrous syntax).
Translation: 'is got enough money to deal with the disaster we got planned for y'all. Gonna be a real barnburner.'
Proud2bHumble @ 18:
I can't believe this is a wikipedia entry.
One could expound on the parallels between Mr. Garrisons multiple sex changes and McCain's flip-flops. But not here.
His whole Presidency, Bush has done nothing but be condescending to the American public. He, and all his apologists think we're stupid.
"We’ve got what we call a 'Disaster Relief Fund.'"
Oh, is that what we call it? 'Cause I was wondering what we call that thing. I was wondering for so long that I started to get hungry. Then I went into the kitchen and made this thing I call a 'sandwich.'
What it actually sounds like . . . is that Bush is actually suggesting he is already aware of some impending major disaster.
Hmmmm . . . I wonder if . . . no, uh . . . can't go there right now.
Breaking News!!!! Bush mangles yet another fourth grade explanation of a complicated issue facing his incompetent government!!!!
I love to jump on Bush for any little thing too, but this is really reaching. We all know he's an idiot who regards the entire US population (outside of rich Republicans) as worthless peasants, but....so what else is new?
DHavok @ 45:
Well think about it. He's our fucking president. THAT many people WERE stupid enough to vote for him, even if he didn't really win. The fact that McCain is only trailing Obama by 6 points shows that half of the US is THAT FUCKING STUPID.
He almost made it through his script without fucking up, give that chimp a banana.
Bush and Cheney are desperately searching for the October surprise they think will keep Republican storm troopers in power, without causing world markets to crash.
Rufus @ 39:
check again, please!
Wow!
Not that I feel sorry for him, but he looks like a mental patient trying to convince the board that he's ready to re-enter society ... and failing miserably.
Wonder if his personal physician is tweaking his Head-Meds on-the-fly. One sorry looking sack of shit.
Cheers.
Sweet baby Jesus, this guy is our President ?
One of the funniest South Park episodes ever. Compare that with Dumbya and company: Bush says that "mari-ju-ana" is bad, while Cheney insists on "chopping off the wee-wees" of those of us who dare vote Democratic in November and... O MY GOD! Condi killed Kenny! YOU BASTARD!!!
I'm sure there will be other disasters before he is gone. It has been one after another since he took office. He is snake-bit. Everything he touches turns to shit. I don't think it matters what he says now because no one is listening. The thing to remember is that McCain is just like him. Graduated next to last in his class at the Naval Academy. I am sure that was no small task considering his father's influence. More than likely he should not have even graduated. After living eight years under stupid, I don't think we can stand another four.
.....uh-oh.
Did you make a mistake on this title?
You claim " George Bush becomes Mr Mackey".
I watched the video and I swear I see John McCain not George Bush.
George, just stick it on Visa, like you did the Iraq war.
Joe O. @ 8:
Yup.
Mr Bush, YOU are Americas worst disaster ... because of YOUR war in Iraq, because of YOUR failure to act when Katrina struck, because of YOUR lack of concern for the environment, because of YOUR tax cuts for the rich and corporations, and because of YOUR desire to violate our civil liberties and turn America into a police state.
What's with all Bush's eyeblinking?? I've heard that's a big body language indication that someone is being dishonest. McCain does it too.
Hmmm, this stumbling comment by Bush makes one wonder what "disaster" or "disasters" the Bush administration has planned for later this year. It's in the way Bush got his tenses mixed up, talking about the future, but using present tense, as if he had something on his mind, something devious, something devilish, something that he could use to declare martial law, finally getting a chance to use all those Republican-passed bills in Congress when they were in control, bills that built $385 in often-secret detention centers around the country (many still sitting empty) and gave Bush, in case of an emergency, as declared and defined by him, to seize control of all of our nation's state national guard units (which all of our fifty state governors, Republican and Democrat, vehemently opposed). Yep, Bush and Cheney have something planned, the finally coup d'etat, the final usurption of our democracy, the final push for a "permanent Republican majority," making them no different than any totalitarian Communist, fascist or Nazi. Creeps.
Oh my Dog I can't stand listening to that creature any more ....
I find this more disturbing than anything he has said in a while. What's he saying? How would he know that there is going to be another disaster?
In all my 62 years on this planet, I can honestly say that George W Bush is without a doubt the stupidest public figure I have ever heard or seen ,anywhere or any time!
Make sure there's money for future disasters this year? mmmmmkayyyy...with all this talk of losing a city this and terrisses that, have you and your neocon buddies got another event planned, say around election time? Not that having money to fund disaster relief isn't a good thing. Maybe some of that could go to NOLA...
Does anybody know what "the potential disaster" is that our commandant wants money for? This is a little too scarey. This administration is capable of anything, especially since their rear ends are nearing the buzz saw of truth. Yesterday's report of special forces helicopters "practicing" around Denver is a little weird too. Something is up with these goons and I don't like it.
L.A. Confidential @ 11:
Yeah, perhaps another false flag op in October?
Hear that thump when he fell off the turnip truck last week? What an ass!
Behold! George W. Bush. King of fools!
Best not to let our guard down in these last few months of the BushCo regime. I think these will be the most dangerous times indeed. This little performance reinforces it as much as the PNAC website disappearing. They're clearing their harddrives and shredding the memos, who knows what else they might try to sneak in before they're gone?
Incisive, witty Stephanie Miller says that GWB sounds like he's reading his 4th-grade book report when he reads a speech or defines a basic term for the audience that everybody well knows the meaning of already. Anyone remember "disassemble"?
"It seemed like to me they based some of their decisions on the word of — and the allegations — by people who were held in detention, people who hate America, people that had been trained in some instances to disassemble — that means not tell the truth." —President George W. Bush, on an Amnesty International report on prisoner abuse at Guantanamo Bay, Washington, D.C., May 31, 2005
This disaster-relief story immediately followed by a demand for more domestic oil drilling is just too rich. Why people aren't all Howard-Beale angry ("Network") that weather-related disasters are connected to burning oil as fuel is beyond me, as is why they're not demanding alternatives NOW. But when you have sheeple who don't think critically, you get Mr. Mackey as the rhetorical norm for message delivery. Relatedly, anyone ever take a corporate training course and notice that some corporate trainers talk like this, too?
Terrible @ 27:
http://badamerican.wordpress.com/2008/06/18/denver-cops-ready-to-torture...
The resemblance is truly frightening. MackBushy. Looked like he had few shots under his belt also.
I'm wondering if he was so tired/stoned from his big trip that he let this little tidbit slip. He's just too darn certain that there would be an even bigger disaster this year. It seems to me that losing all that crop land, cities and towns destroyed, major highways and barge traffic shut down stressing an already shaky economy would be enough, but hey, what do I know? I only have common sense to work with.
Hearing him try to talk makes my head hurt.
Bush is spending how much in IRAQ????
over as LIE to the troops for Blood oil mopnney
Just say no to food mmmmkay. Just say no to farmers that have not sold out to corporate giants mmmmkay. It woouldn't be prrrudent!
