Where's Osama Bin Forgotten?

Off topic but important:
Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Killed In Shooting
My God, what have we become.
Putin planned 9/11
Islamofascists
Never had any big hits.
Mixture of near-east music with 1990s rap.
Somewhat interesting, but marginal.
Dead end evolutionarily.
Satellite photos show Putin on the roof of the Moscow Ritz-Carlton. That's right: Putin on the Ritz.
Does Russia have WMD? Just saying!
Didn't Benezir Bhutto confirm Osama Bin Laden assassination on CNN just before her death? YouTube it.
Must be why he hasn't been captured. Kinda hard catching a dead person, don't you think?
Osama was supposed to distract 'mericans from the real problems facing us for 8+ years. Seems that charade is falling apart.
7 years, and the FBI still haven't put the 9/11 attacks on Bin Ladens most wanted page.
Lazy.
Bogie @ 4:
I don't know about anyone else but that made me laugh. Good One!!
he frozen somewhere and they will thaw him out sometime late Oct/early Nov.
Oh fu*k we don't want to mess with Putin.
Hunting Osama just isn't as exciting as it used to be. We need a new shiny thing for the people to focus on and that just might give more leverage to McCain's campaign.
They know where Bin Laden is too. They'll be defrosting the body any time now.
Watch for the false flag operation some time between now and early October.
Gary @ 8:
all they have is the word of the president- you need proof-and unfortunately there was no complete investigation of the 9/11 attack.
McAyn hoping you will keep watching the Catch game, and not look at your job disappear. Which everyone knows, and denies, is happening in the occupied WH.

You must have hit submit a second before me.
Did we adopt Georgia when we needed their troops to invade Iraq? Forgive my stupidity but how the hell did we become in charge of that country? Okay, I'll sit here with my dunce hat on while someone explains this to me. Thank you.
Breaking story: Gunman wounds Arkansas Democratic Party chairman
bush: "i don't really waste a lot of time thinking about him..." (instead... let's pick a fight with the country who's leader i said i looked into his heart and it was good... oh! and we had so much fun driving that little car around at his dacha a few years back... woo hoo! that was fun...
Next boogey man has arrived!
fear. fear. fear. fear. fear. fear.
McCain wins!
What would Zeus do? @ 17:
Both the gunman and the chairman are now dead.
conservatoire @ 1:
A corporatocracy shrouded by a fascist corporate media, right wingnut noise machine convincing idiotic white males who haven't evolved yet to vote against their own best interests and fearmongering them into thinking theres going to a race war while those same puppetmasters sell their country out from under them....
The shooting is the next post...Keep on topic if you can...:-)
Basically, you can tell I have a very high opinion of right wingnuts...hence my posting moniker.....
To me, they truly are the bane of modern existence...
Now...you can literally call Limbaugh, Hannity, O'reilly, Savage, and the rest of the multimillionaire lying sacks of (insert paragraphs/pages here) white power megaphones.... They represent the worst of this nation, selling their mothers would be too kind, their evil driven stupidity has their moronic followers in lock/goosestep in doing whatever they say.... Goebbels & Hitler would be jealous, insanely jealous
Sorry John....you can tell this is very upsetting and tragic and incomprehensible in the 21st century...
John Amato @ 22:
I'm giving her all she's got captain. ;)
We'll do our best to stay on course.
gar man @ 19:
I'm not so sure. This situation is a tightrope and McBush is more than a little wobbly.
I'd be worried - even bush-haters like me are seeing Bush in a better light over in the UK.
I guess the thing will be if soldiers are still holed up in Gori then we will see what happens? If nothing then Bush's efforts will have fallen flat on their face.
Back to the topic....ok...
Bin Laden - Re-election of Bush 2004
Iran - oops...didn't work out so well for GOP in 2006
Russia/Georgia/GOP wishful WWIII thinking - attempt to elect 3rd term for McBush....
Who needs the Global War on Terror™when you can have Cold War II™?
Could it be that Bin Laden is cleverer than both Bush and McCain?
paranoia @ 5:
You don't want to find out in the form of a mushroom cloud.
you have it wrong. the big bad evil is Barack Obama, the unAmerican Marxist who hates everything good and will turn us into Nazi Germany.
or at least thats what the media tells me.
I think that Ossama is dead and since we will never have the body he will live on as figurehead for the Al Qeda movement and be the ghost that never goes away.
Tom Ridge by McCain's side was a clear indication where he's going with the campaign and what his mindset is. Now if Obama picks a guy with foreign policy/military experience, Maverick and his misguided bunch of advisers will think a senior intelligence fella will somehow raise the bar and make their "credentials" unbeatable. Geez. Now what about economy and "Businessman Romney", as McCain's supporters tend to call him? Forget it. This is the August surprise. There's no October surprise. This is it. This is the theme. An accidental gift for McCain that this fool will grab, exploit and hope that his base will cheers like Roman commoners during gladiator shows. Let the "maverickian" nonsense begin. Whatever is to happen, as always calm heads will prevail. One thing is certain, McCain will make a fool of himself by attacking Putin as a way to sway conservatives and scare the f**k out of them. The more he talks about it, the more he sounds like the Bush administration. Putin has nukes and he's no Osama, so all the shouting ultimately will prove futile.
Chris from Maine @ 32:
Wingers say who hates everything good and wants to turn the world into a Giant Berkeley.
The Cons are probably drooling over the money they will potentially be making with a new Cold-Hot War starting up.
These guys are desperate, with vast fortunes built up that could fall over the cliff and real soon if things don't get nasty.
REEL BAD ARABS ~ Google Video
Osama is polishing his Medal of Freedom for his CIA special projects division.
Russia has precedence in our behavior. How can we tell them what is best for Russia, would we listen to anyone? Hell we disowned France over Iraq and renamed french fries to freedom fries because they didn't like our idea of invading. This is a natural result of our foreign policy and we have no moral ground to speak from.
Bush: Osama Bin Who?
Aide: ::: whispers :::
Bush: The terrorists who hate us for our freedoms and want to destroy our way of life don't want to see freedom on the move, liberty on the march, SURGE! STAY THE COURSE! SIX MORE MONTHS! LEGACY!!!!!! IT'S JUST A GODDAMNED PIECE OF PAPER!
Cheney: (to Aide) Up his meds, would you?
"Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the Field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it."
- Woodrow Wilson, The New Freedom (1913)
Let's speak loudly about this bullshit and make them pay. No one is even looking for Osama.
I think you mean "has a precedent," Mike@38 (but your point is well taken).
It's worth remembering that Russia always has been (one of) the Big Bad Evils. Just ask anyone in any of the former Soviet republics-- people who had their homes and lives destroyed in 1944 or 1945. As Dr. Phil says (I can't believe I'm quoting that buffoon, but he has it right this time): "The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior." The Russian Bear always has been a genocidal aggressor and they're just showing their true colors again, enabled by the precedent of Iraq*. Just another unforeseen consequence of the failed policies of the last eight years.
*(That being said, individual russians are, generally speaking, very nice people on the whole)
James @ 41:
I am with you on all counts. Ask the thousands of civilians who were retreating and Poles about the Red Army. Russia to this day claims none of it ever happened.
Of course Putin played Bush like the chimp that he is. I guess his man crush is no more, now.
Well we knew where Putin (puddin) was. He was with his sole mate Bush in China studying the situation. But alas they put the problem on the back burner because they had more important things on their minds. Instead we got McCain acting like President. Stating we should stand up to Russia. Well I want to know when is a reporter going to ask McCain is he going to have a draft on the table because am sure as hell don't know where war president McCain is going to get these troops.
gar man @ 19:
Me thinks that the "BAD GUYS = TERRORISTS" is only somewhat effective at feeding the defense industry's insatiable appetite. Shooting a few cruise missiles into Afghanistan and Iraq was good show and probably were reloaded a few billion dollars. But what the defense industry needs is another 50 year Cold War.
The terrorists can't step up to the plate and get Congress to justify new bombers and aircraft carriers. The "stomp the ants" is a lot harder than shooting bear in the woods. Ants are everywhere and they multiply quickly. Without gas and chemicals, you don't stand a chance. Bears are big mammals and die easiliy. (...this last one wins the "Duh!" Award.)
Boeing and friends need real bad enemies to prop up in front of Congress. Russia and China can fill those needs.
Without the Cold War, the terrorists are just a big waste of small time money for the big players. Sure, Halliburton and Blackwater get good contracts, but Boeing gets slapped down for rigging an Airtanker deal and lobbies to get put back into the hunt.
This episode has two angles:
1) oil. It's all about the oil. Forget the politics.
2) Defense Department spending needs new bad guys. Russia will work nicely.
Osama is right where he belongs:

Don't listen to what "the media" tells you...
Learn Obama's voting record...
learn that he voted to "re-authorise the patriot act (and voted for FISA)
...(then ask yourself) is Obama turning us into Nazi Germany or China?
and then do/vote what your heart tells you!
First, the Russian offensive in Ossetia and Georgia is in direct response to U.S. and Israeli meddling. The U.S. was conducting maneuvers with Georgia military prior to the Russian offensive and Israel has provided arms and training to Tbilisi. Coupled with Bush 2005 visit and NATO membership offer the blowback was inevitable.
Second, preemptive war and regime change through military force by the U.S. did not begin in Iraq. The U.S. has a history of invading sovereign states including, but not limited to the Philippines, Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Korea and Vietnam. Russia also has a history of launching preemptive strikes in the Baltic's, Hungary, former Czechlosavakia, Chechnya and Afghanistan.
History appears not to be in the realm of reality for many Americans.
Dateline Baghdad 2108 @ 48 said:
I find it hard to believe that Russia had any serious security concerns with respect to Georgia, whatever the events. Bush was an idiot for encouraging the Georgians, but really, Russia needs no reason. There's an old aphorism, "Russia has only vassals or enemies at its borders." Mark my words, the former republics are watching what is unfolding very carefully, especially since they know that they cannot count upon EU or US support when Russia decides that it is worthy of Empire once again.
That's a big stretch to compare, e.g. the US invasion of Panama with the brutal Soviet repression of the Baltics. A mission of a few weeks to topple an inconvenient dictator, however morally reprehensible, is nothing compared to decades of cultural genocide. "Preemptive" suggests that there was some threat; the fisherman and farmers in Tallinn were never a threat to the Soviets, and yet they saw their leaders+intellectuals "disappeared," their language and customs banned, and native russians imported in an attempt to destroy the very idea of Estonia. Lather, rinse, and repeat with every other independent nation with the ill luck of sharing a border with Russia.
As such, I would suggest that a better analogy would be to compare US treatment of native americans in the 19th century. It would certainly strengthen your argument.

OSAMA BIN LADEN HAS BEEN DEAD A LONG LONG TIME.
They won't admit to it because they wouldn't have their bogey man go scare the tiny minded supporters.
He's DEAD.
Why do we keep feeding THIS BIG FAT LIE?
HE'S DEAD!!! DEAD!
According to French Intelligence, as published by La Figaro newspaper, a CIA field agent visited Osama in the summer of 2001 at a Hospital in Dubai where Osama was undergoing some kind of procedure (Kidney Dialysis?). Anyway, when Langley found out about that agent's visit, they reassigned him.
Apparently, someone was uncomfortable with the CIA-Osama connection being so public.

Osama bin Laden will be captured in October, probably around the 15th. This will give McSame a big boost in the polls and make the election close enough for the Diebold machines to do the job they were designed for.
If bin Laden is dead as other posters have said, then expect another "2nd in command" terrorist to be captured around the same time. They are keeping them in cold storage to release as needed for maximum political gain.
pissed off patricia @ 9:
Considering the direness of the current situation, I have to agree it was a good bit of comic relief.
James @ 49:
Maybe I missed something, but I think poster "Dateline Baghdad 2108" was referring the fact that the Iraq invasion is nothing new for the U.S. as a foreign policy, not Russian aggression.
Where’s Osama Bin Forgotten?
He went to DISNEYLAND!!!
yELLOWBIRD @ 51:
Maybe we should change the lyrics to this song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zq7xyjU-jsU
In exactly the same place as Owea bin Hadden.
I've been thinking that the Bushies believe it is unpatriotic to capture OBL. Remember when Bush responded to a question in either 2003 or 2004 that he said capturing him was "not important", somewhat similar to McSame saying "bringing the troops home from Iraq is not important". Why do these neocons and Christofascists assume it's okay and patriotic to start endless, unnecessary wars??
As for the conflict between Russia and Georgia, it would probably make people think that the USSR has gone on hiatus for less than 20 years.
We should launch an attack on Russia now. This
will teach them a lesson & end all war forever. Now
what city in America will be the first to imitate
Hiroshima? Any volunteers?

Sometimes they DO get what's coming to them, though. Case in point, a woman with the sur name Savage in Austin, Texas. She was so vile, so evil and so obsessed with hatred for Arabs that one night in Brodie Oaks Shopping Center in May 2000, somebody tried to decapitate her as she stepped out of her car. They slit her throat from ear to ear. She lived but was taken to Brackenridge Hospital in bad shape.
The only lying sack-of-sh_t that should be revealed on this left wing cry baby site is B. Hussein Obama. He promised the American people he would not allow any pork in any bills signed by him- yea right! You can include Pelosi and the rest of the spend crazy democrats. When your taxes get raised until there is nothing left, and this recession is prolonged for years for their pork laden non-stimulus bill. Then maybe we will get a fiscal conservative congress and President (not An Asshole like Bush) they can start to undo all the terrible things Hussein Obama and his democratic fools have done.

...Yep, that's our boy, Rootin' Tootin' Putin !
I blame the west for the Russia Georgia incident
here is how it goes:
Western powers tell Georgia to attack south Ossetia knowing damn well that Russia will back up in force. now all the old soviet countries are scared of mother Russia and want to join NATO so this doesn't happen to them. (Ukraine, Poland)
this all because Russia in the next few years is going to be more of a power to reckon with and the west wants to protect its status as the speaker of the final word
I wonder if the Russian Central Bank is owned by Russians

Osama's bin Laden'ed with the title of 'Most wanted terrorist on Earth'
Surely he's shaved his beard, had his leg bones cut to reduce his height and gotten a nose job & lip implants, making his apprehension by our War President a tremendously tough task to tackle.
