"I love the economy. I'm going to miss Bush. Ol' Bush gets out of office I don't know what we're going to do, but I'm speaking for all repo men, Bush, we're going to miss you buddy. Ha ha, ha ha. For real."
Do you think John McCain will say that his economic plan will increase the number of Repo Men in our country which will stimulate the job market?

Thanks for the repo economy, Mr. Booosh.
NO healthcare for that guy! - John McCain
I wish McCain would let someone Repo governor Palin!
Has America become one giant American Idol?
Palin's next interview, Sean Hannity. no joke
You'll be lucky hear anything about any of Mccain's policies. Look! It's Palin's baby! Awwwwww!
Wow, there has GOT to be some way to morph that into an Obama 527 commercial and tie McCain's ass to it !
My friends...under my economic plan...small businesses like this repo man will thrive and prosper. - John McCain
Chimpokomon @ 13:
Palin's next interview, Sean Hannity. no joke
I'm certain Slimy Sean will show Sarah the "respect and deference" the McCain campaign demands. She'll, of course, need to bathe afterwards.
Chimpokomon @ 13:
Yeah...on another thread...our favorite troll (dennis) was braggin about that...HA!
Gee...and all you women complain that there are no good men left.
C'mon...look at this guy. He's got a job. He can drive, and he can string two sentences together. If he can dress himself...he's perfect!
I saw this Repo Man clip a couple of weeks ago. Really a sad state of affairs. America has become Les Miserable.
Chimpokomon @ 13:
I guess she figures he won't make a pass at her.
CMINCA @ 17:
I'm certain Slimy Sean will show Sarah the "respect and deference" the McCain campaign demands. She'll, of course, need to bathe afterwards.
hammity's gonna hump her leg the whole time during the interview I betcha!
There he is...the Heartbeat of America.

What an accomplishment to be an Extremist Republithug and get yourself invited to your own propaganda network. Yeah, that's quite a feat.

Sean's gonna be soooo excited. He'll probably have to beat off two or three times before the interview starts just to be able to stay in his seat.
Sad, sad economy with this bunch in office. For more of the same vote McBush and Caribou Barbie.
I wonder if Repo Man lives next door to Sean Hammity. Sean sees all that cool stuff going into the garage next door and no wonder he thinks the economy is swell!!!
"I even repossessed a hearing aid"
That's cold, Obi-Wan.
Repo Man the movie (1984) was one of the greatest youth cult classic films ever! Emiliio Estevez, Harry Dean Stanton. This guy should inspire them to do a sequel for the new american century : )
Not to mention all the impounds done on vehicles for people arrested for trivial crimes. More bucks to the law enforcement/ anti-drug/ncreased ticket cost/can't afford to pay/ impound the car folks.
Yep, a fortune (in goods anyway) can be had in a down economy. Good luck getting people to pay top dollar for it though.
Liberal AND Proud @ 25:
One of the rare persons that actually is voting in his own best interests. If only we could send guys like this along with the uber-wealthy to an island of their own.
Chimpokomon @ 13:
Many of the best repo guys are tweakers. Competition must be stiff in Wasilla...
Orangutan. @ 27:
Been sayin that for years.
Liberal AND Proud @ 26:
Gotta wonder if he remembers to check in weekly with his parole officer?
CMINCA @ 24:
Well logistically it was...maybe...all those phone calls, and travel expenses...I wonder if palin gets per diem for goin on the propaganda network?
I had a friend who told me about working in his dad's repo business in the early 90's. They would ride around in the repo truck with Rush Limbaugh on at full blast. They would repo the same cars and trucks multiple times because people would get the cars back and then miss payments again and again. His favorite repo was taking a new Jaguar from the former richest guy in town after he was sued and lost all his money and his gigantic house. After nearly losing my car earlier this decade, I decided to never go in to debt to buy anything ever again. I could probably live better, but at least I don't have to worry about having anything repossessed....
Liberal AND Proud @ 28:
Sean's gonna be soooo excited. He'll probably have to beat off two or three times before the interview starts just to be able to stay in his seat.
Heheheheheeee he's gonna be all sweaty and clammy...you KNOW he's gonna be eyeballin her! That sick trog is gonna be dry hunchin the air until she gets there!
The War and the Economy should be the focus. But Obama and McCain are the SAME when it comes to doing anything positive about it.
Repo men, mulitnational corporations, and federal enforcers are thriving, everyone else is getting screwed. What will Obama do about it?
Or maybe increase the number of jobs that might get one shot at?
This dude has a physical resemblance to Kevn Kinney.
liberalNmoderation @ 2:
He's not stoned, just blissfully ignorant.

If Sarah were fat and ugly and spewing what she spews/// she would not be getting anywhere close to the same amount of attention that she is getting. That's a fact
If she were fat and ugly she wouldn't be a Republican. She would be a Democrat with a Co-Exist sticker right next to her Obama sticker on the back or her Hybrid.

Palin CC’d Her Husband on Privileged Emails; Andrew Halcro, Call Your Agent
By: Lindsay Beyerstein Friday September 12, 2008 10:01 am
1
Sarah Palin has been cc'ing her husband on privileged government emails:
ANCHORAGE, Alaska - E-mails from the Palin administration are being withheld from the public and the governor is citing executive privilege.
With subject lines like "Fagan," "Andrew Halcro" and even "Alaska Ear," it makes some wonder how those topics could possibly be policy related; especially since those same e-mails were copied to the governor's husband.
The administration says public employees need to know they can debate openly amongst themselves.
Andree McLeod, who tried repeatedly to get a job with the Palin administration, obtained the e-mails through a public records request. [KTUU, emphasis added]
You might be wondering who Andrew Halcro is. A secret agent? A shady lobbyist? Ted Stevens' love child? No, Andrew Halcro is the guy who wrote Shadow Governor? a widely circulated essay about how Todd Palin may be secretly running the government of Alaska.
Liberal AND Proud @ 53:
It's the truth
Wait a minute. No offense to females, but am I to believe that Ms. Congeniality attended 5 colleges, and there are no pics anywhere of this alpha-chick being debauched, or even being de-flowered? Who knows, maybe they will surface the week before the election, if she lasts that long.
Hi,
Thought my friends at C&L would get a kick out of this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcS9542bw14
Not to be the spoiler, but let's just say i did some editing on Palin's interview with Charlie Rose
ysbaddaden @ 3:
Sorry Y. Youtube says your string is bent.
wow
mccain graduates 894 out 899 at anapolis
palin gets bachelors degree after attending 5-6 colleges and
graduates at a tier#3 university
i guess that's all you need if lobbyists run the big show.
In defense of Scott O'Brien
He provides an honest service. To bad about the fellow who couldn't afford his hearing aid, or the ambulance company that could not pay for its defibrillator. Despite the need, those products were property of others. We can't assume the property owners are nasty people simply because they expect voluntary agreements to be honored.
O'Brien's back-handed compliment on the Bush economy was sharp and stinging.
jeff @ 58:
That was a gut buster! LOL!!
IdiotShrub @ 57:
Hawt dang! yer a damn genius!
constituent @ 60:
Let's hope that there's a 527 out there that can tie all of this stuff into an ad. Where do I make a donation for this?
Ha ha, that's funny. Maybe someone should do a sequel. And wasn't it the reagan years when the first repoman flick came out? These repugs are nothing if not consistent.
http://emptywheel.firedoglake.com/2008/09/12/the-meddling-husband-may-ge...
One of the, um, creepiest things about Sarah Palin is that her husband lurks around the Governor's business, sticking his nose in where private citizens should have no involvement. This includes oil and gas negotiations, her emails, and hiring and firing decisions--including that of Walt Monegan. In fact, when I was reading Wevley Shea's warnings to Palin, I kept thinking: "Wevley, Dude, she can't get out of this because she can't fire one of the "aides" most intimitely involved in pressuring Monegan: her husband."
Well, now she might wish she had, because in addition to the seven Palin aides who are cooperating in the McCain cover-up (and therefore NOT cooperating in the TrooperGate investigation), the investigator has asked to subpoena Todd Palin.
The committee investigating this has to vote on who will get a subpoena--so Todd Palin does not yet have to bone up on his "spousal privilege" (no, not that kind of privilege--with Republicans it's about the cover-up, you know).
But at the very least, this ought to focus some attention on whether it is appropriate for Todd Palin to be making the hiring and firing decisions of Alaska's public servents.
WONDER IF CHRIS MATTHEWS WILL TOUCH TROOPERGATE
Kathleen @ 56:
I didn't say it wasn't. : 0 )
We must be courteous to the misguided.
Kathleen @ 65:
It's looking like todd is a connection to oil possibly. to think mccain would really say she is an expert regarding
energy.
Kathleen @ 56:
I agree, Kathleen. You have to be a model, beauty pageant queen, or fabulously wealthy Cindy lookalike to be allowed anywhere near Mr. Honorable. I guess I will have to watch the Miss America pageant to see who's going to be vetted for his cabinet.

I've made a point of needling journalists about this sort of thing for years. The journalism students I knew at university we're all drops outs from other courses usually multiple times. I never lose an opportunity to point out that journalism is the best field of study for people whose best high school subject was typing.
senator mccain tells us about your economic policy......

gas prices are hurting the economy right well this study says it's large speculators who acclerated the crude price.

'A-huh huh huh... fer real'.... Makes me ashamed to be a whiteboy from the north... Sad shit... That is some sadass shit... Funny movie in the 80s, but a pathetic reality.. Still, should be educational...should be... probably won't... But here's the lesson staring us in the face.. and the answer to the rhetorical question of just what does happen to an economy, a nation and it's people when a country's gub-mint starts to off-shore/farm out to other nations good paying jobs in the manurfacturing sector.... while shortchanging education financially and undermining it from within with ideologically driven school policies that at best look good on paper but remain totally un, or underfunded and in the worst case allows for something not much different than state sacntioned brainwashing and instilling of hatred and predudice while calling it some kind of education reform or religious training or any number of bullshit thing... Another generation of this kind of shit and it really won't matter anymore that we are shortchanging our education system and our citizens thru government and private fiat... We will truly be a nation of rubes and arbuckles...totally at the mercy of the next international bully and we won't be smart enough to realize it..
(Arbuckle? rube? Look it up under old slang if you can't put it together...).... JD
LOL was that guy an actor or was he for real?
Just head down to Wall Street.
Lots of Repo men down there.

It's the South, it's almost mandatory that your parents, aunts and uncles will try to set you up with at least one second cousin.
He is not the brightest bulb in the knife drawer, and cares nothing about the grief he's causing to others. Him, and others like him, will gladly hurt others, just for a buck.
Bet you he NEVER gives the SLIGHTEST thought about how many people have died because of his repo'ing a firehouse defibulator. What goes around, comes around, someday.
Maybe the defibulator is from inside the same area he resides in, where someday, someone in his family, may really need it. Maybe the person he ripped the hearing aid out off will be sitting across the desk he is sitting at, as he is asking for some sort of help for himself.
He represents the perfect example of his employeers, the banks, who are also ripping us off, and ARE being bailed out by the very same taxpayers being repo'd. Maybe the people should repo the banks from the filthy rich who rip us off. Might as well repo the government the politicians defaulted on too. If repo'ing works for them, then why shouldn't WE do it?
Simply, and truely, a pathetic realistic representation of the American public!

Entirely too funny!!! This just say's it all.
this guy was a howl. get him a show on A&E!
Put a "McCain-Palin '08" bumper sticker on the back of his tow truck, instant killer campaign ad!
"or [a] fabulously wealthy Cindy lookalike..."
pul-eeeeze. Cindy looks like a REALLY spent Vegas cocktail waitress.
Reminds me of Roger & Me when Michael Moore is looking at Flint, devastated by the factory closings and he finds the one guy doing well, the guy handling all the foreclosures.
Plate of shrimp
No surprises here. When the economy is sh*t, only the dung beetles thrive.
I could only watch the viedo, but not here it. My hearing aid was repo-ed.
No one told these car owners to buy brand-new cars that take 5 years to pay off :). I'm glad I sold my brand new car, downgraded, and paid the sucker off (then again, I am single, 26, and working ... ). Whether we like it or not, anything that you are on a payment plan for (houses included :() is subject to The Repo Man. I'm not mad at him for his business going up, and I'm not mad at people who purchased something that they needed.
This is not a Democrat/Republican thing. Though the economy is messed up right now, and it pains me to see these super-rich individuals getting tax breaks, we the not-so-super-rich have got to tighten our belts and ride this sucker as best as we can.
Same with these people whose business is to clean out abandoned/repossessed houses. I was watching one of those house-flipping shows...the woman said business has been absolutely booming for her out in California. Last year she cleared a profit of just under a hundred grand, this year she will top three hundred easily. Plumbers out there are doing well also. It seems the new crime wave is to break into vacant homes and strip them of their copper, brass and stainless steel.
Life under W has been so....clusterfuckable.
Or is it clusterfuckalicious?
"Thank you & Fuck You!" A right-wing motto if ever there was one.
this guy is so creepy and has no tug of conscience in what he's doing
perfect Republican!
Theres always a silver lining.
I wonder if its too late to join the fun, you can just imagine the satisfaction of repoing some Repugs Truck or SUV.
