If Palin was wired, surely it would be in the other ear, the one AWAY from every camera in the house? I watched the debate on a large, clear tv, and I saw nothing (and I was looking) in her right ear. I can't say anything about her left ear because it was rarely, if ever, on camera.
Palin may or may not have been wired. People watching had to be.

I can't say she was wired with a listening device.But I do believe she had a blackberry. She was reading alot. And at times she seemed to get a little excited as if someone sent her an answer she was looking for.

I think Palin was wired. I watched the debate on C-Span and after the families met on stage, she was walking off and I saw her remove what looked like, some sort of "receiver". It could have been a microphone, the kind that people clip to their lapels and strap to their backs, but why would she need that if she's standing in front of one? I could be wrong, but I know what I saw.....Please correct me if I'm wrong.

They were both wearing wireless mikes - thats why you could hear her now infamous comment "Can I call you Joe?" as they were shaking hands before the debate. That is probably what you saw her remove.
That said, however, I did notice something on her right ear. I was watching CNN and most of the shots of her were straight-on or from her left side. I also think she had a blackberry as well, possibly for backup.

I really believe she was wired. early in the debate it looked like someone said if you hear this? Then wink and the rest of the debate she seemed to be listening intently then smile once she got her info. She didn't even hear about Bidens wife being killed and his child in distress. Why else would she not offer sympathy at that point. She is a beauty queen with beauty queen answers. A great neo-con set up
