I've never been a big fan of musicals, but I can't deny Stephen Sondheim's talent as a lyricist, composer, and pianist. His contributions to the medium of musical theater are immense and too great in number to list here, but it's pretty apparent if you consider all the creative minds that he's influenced. So here's to Stephen, who has influenced and inspired many in his time; hopefully, he's still got plenty of music still left in him.
