A Catholic priest, who is serving on the Archdiocese of New York, and also employed as an analyst by Fox News, has warned that people associated with the movie "Noah" will "pay for it dearly" because they had used the word "creator" instead of God.

Fox News host Anna Kooiman began a Sunday morning segment about the movie by noting that Christians were "up in arms, but environmentalists are excited about it."

"It's a classic case of the book is much better than the movie," Father Jonathan Morris complained. "It's entertaining, it's escapism. It's kind of double escapism. It's also escapism from the true story, from what's in the Bible."

"They missed the mark, and they're going to pay for it dearly," he added.

Morris explained that the film creators had made the mistake of making God into and "impersonal force that tells you to do crazy things," and for depicting a Noah who was "borderline schizophrenic."

"Great actors, and great directors," Morris concluded. "But just wrong starting point. Didn't start from the point of view of faith."
