You probably know him from his time with The Raconteurs, sharing vocal and guitar duties with Jack White, but Brendan Benson has had a prolific solo career that goes back to the mid-'90s.

This particular song of his is a nicely-layered, jangly, pop-rock tune that was released on his second album, Lapalco. If you've heard The Raconteurs, you can probably hear the similarities between his songwriting in his solo career and in the band. However, there was a lot of time between this song and that band, so there's a lot of growth in his style to explore in that period.
