"Can't See Past My Eyes" is the beautiful conclusion to Delorean Highway, GUM's debut album. GUM is the project of Jay Watson, who is best known as keyboardist and drummer for fellow Perth bands Tame Impala and Pond, respectively. Perth has been home to many talented musicians (most of them multi-instrumentalists) and Watson is among those at the forefront of the psychedelic music scene there. I really enjoyed the first album and hopefully the follow-up comes out sometime soon. Can't wait to hear what GUM's got coming up!
