Now that Fox News is unashamedly in the tank for Donald Trump and Chris Christie has packed his bags and gone home, professional frat boy Greg Gutfeld couldn't wait to get in a zinger.

"He's like the guy who walks into a bar and cold-cocks someone. So that guy's out, but he goes to jail," Gutfeld said.

"The good news for Christie is that he lost big but he also lost being big," he continued. "Because in his bid for the presidency he decided to lose all that weight...He may not be the President, but he'll be skinny."

Gutfeld must be bitter about Christie taking out Marco Rubot that way.

John Amato:

The idea that Gutfeld believes he's some sort of a comedian is preposterous. He has no idea how to form the basic structure of a joke. Like most good stories, a joke has a beginning, a middle and an end, or a punchline.

Where was the joke in his Christie ramble?

And he continually believes the things he says are funny, while his co-hosts are left either laughing at his stupidity or at the ridiculousness of his tales.
