Ninety years ago today Miles Davis was born. They'll still be talking about his music in 90 years and beyond.

Here's the track (written by Jackie McLean) that kicks off his 1958 album (the third one he made for Columbia Records) Miles Ahead. What a hot combo this was. Davis, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. Not much can touch it and even less few would even try to.
