The latest Pew poll shows Obama with a 10-point lead over Mitt Romney. Nate Silver at the New York Times gives Obama a 71% chance of winning in November. The Princeton Election Consortium puts the odds even higher, at 10:1.

A lot can happen before November, but a fair reading of all the most reliable polls would lead one to conclude that Obama's the clear favorite.

But at Faux News, where it's Always Good News for Republicans, they let Scott Rasmussen peddle the nonsense that nearly half the country thinks Obama is an extremist.
