As many of our readers know, we're a team full of talented musicians. John Amato is a world-famous sax player, Mike Finnigan is a world-famous Hammond Organist, and now we add to the C&L Hall O' Fame our own Max Bernstein, AKA Max Marginal, playing guitar on Ke$ha's left. He's been on tour and from the all-too-infrequent emails to the team (we live vicariously) he's having a ball.

Max writes: "The highlight [of being on Ellen] was watching the 8 year old piano player who went on before us make me and my bandmates feel like we needed to take remedial musicianship." Yeah, right.

Congratulations Max!

And to our readers: what are you listening to this evening?

Can you help us out?

For nearly 20 years we have been exposing Washington lies and untangling media deceit, but now Facebook is drowning us in an ocean of right wing lies. Please give a one-time or recurring donation, or buy a year's subscription for an ad-free experience. Thank you.
