Prima Conald has a history of making promises and then breaking them. My guess is that he's broken far more promises in his life than he's ever kept. Then again, what else can you expect from someone who by his own admission -- in "The Art Of The Deal", a book which bears his name yet which he did not himself write! -- "play[s] to people's fantasies" and believes that "perception is reality." As far as he's concerned, it doesn't matter whether he's telling the truth or not as log as he can convince you to believe it.
Don't the Chicago police have a little problem right now with taking things a bit too far (Homan Square)? I'd imagine they want more than anything to distance themselves from Trump's "get tough" hype.
