I'm a Bernie guy, as well, but it's more a situation where the media have decades of ratf*cking invested in Hillary, and desperately want her as the nominee to they can back up that truck full of BS and dump it all over her. At the same time, they hate her guts. They keep anointing her as the presumptive nominee, but can't seem to buy into it themselves. They have become deeply schizophrenic on the issue, pumping her up while simultaneously tearing her down. Bernie is gaining undeniable momentum and has plenty of time left to make his mark, I'm enjoying watching the media kind of implode over this situation.
Neither Rubio nor Cruz are the "Hispanic" most hispanics are looking for. You can see it in this discourse. Cubans and other Hispanics have long been at odds with one another. Many Mexicans and Guatemalans and Costa Ricans etc etc wondered what the deal is with this whole "feet wet-feet dry" special treatment that illegal Cubans got.
Like the entire Teapublican party, Cruz and Rubio are much more the I-got-mine-screw-the-rest-of-y'all ilk, rather than a hand-up-to-mis-hermanos-y-hermanas hispanic. Even to other Cubans!
The prime tenet of GOP minorities - especially guys like Clarence Thomas - seems to be climb up the ladder, then pull it up behind you.
Where do i stand in line to contribute to THAT cause?
I believe I saw that he was from Maine but lived in Orlando.
Thanks for that roll on the floor laugh, uncontrollable laughing is a great way to start a week!
