As part of Take Back The Capitol (99inDC.org), Community members from Good Jobs LA, SEIU Local 221 members and others visited Rep. Issa's office this week to inquire about why he failed to support the jobs act. After refusing to leave, they were thrown out of his office.

Later, four members of the group were allowed to return to the office to wait for Rep. Issa. Upon arrival, Rep Issa insisted on answering questions about his financial decisions and how that did or did not effect his ability to work on behalf of the 99 percent.

After attempting to bring up the issue of jobs that they came to speak to him about, Issa tells the woman in the above video who is speaking that "You are not a part of the 99 percent." He then tells the group to "Please leave," after asking "Do you want to be arrested today?"
