Benjamin Paulin - Parisian Pop with a hat tip to French Hip-Hop.

I ran across this artist earlier today while digging around the French Rock/Alternative/Free-form radio station site for Le Mouv out of Paris which, if you haven't checked them out or heard about them, you should. They aren't exclusively French and run a pretty eclectic mix of music which you can stream.

Benjamin Paulin is a name not familiar to me, but he's been around for a while and has some interesting material currently out. He was originally part of the French Rap/Hip-Hop scene and released two albums with the group Puzzle before going solo and tossing some other musical genre's around.

Good stuff, nicely produced and will probably never see the light of day in the States unless you hear it here or are plugged into an adventuresome radio outlet where you are.

But in any event, tonight's track is from last year. Notre futur n'a past d'avenir is more Pop than anything else, but it's something good to dive into once in a while, especially on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.
