(Ana Fernandez-Villaverde of La Bien Querida - Latin with an indie/shoegaze twist - nice!)
Switching gears from last nights turbo-charged surf show, La Bien Querida is a band from Barcelona who combine Latin melodies with a twist of Indie and Shoegaze for a nice combination of music. Their singer Ana Fernandez-Villaverde is nothing short of hypnotic - and that's good for a Tuesday night.
This track, Santa Fe, is off their MySpace page and I'm not sure if this is from an album or an ep. But they do have a nice batch of songs on their site and it would do you no shortage of good to check it out.
Further evidence the world is jammed with good music.
