Crooks and Liars founder and my friend John Amato visited the set of The Young Turks this week to talk about John and David Neiwert's new book, Over the Cliff: How Obama's Election Drove the American Right Insane. John and Cenk discussed the explosion of threats and violence that erupted almost immediately after President Obama was elected and the reasons for the mainstream media's reluctance to cover the reaction from the right of the election of our first black president and what we might expect if he's reelected in 2012.
