Lawrence O'Donnell took Bill O'Reilly to task during his Rewrite segment on The Last Word this Tuesday for claiming that he might "pack it in" and quit The O'Reilly Factor if heaven forbid his taxes go up. As O'Donnell noted, those tax rates that O'Reilly was complaining about, are the same as they were when he started his show and he didn't feel it was necessary to either quit his show or go "pack it in" as he's claiming he'd do now. As O'Donnell noted, O'Reilly did pretty well getting rich back then and if he has to pay a little more in taxes, he'll still be doing fine right now.

So sadly as O'Donnell rightfully pointed out, we're not getting rid of Bill O'Reilly any time soon.
