Chris Matthews asks pollster David Paleologos what message Democrats running in November should take from his polling and if Democrats "have a sense that" President Obama "is further left than they voted for". When asked what his advice for Democrats in Washington is, Paleologos replies that they need to "reconnect with their constituency, internally and in Congress, they have to reach across the aisle now and they have to go for true bipartisanship to get well connected".

Yeah, that's worked out well for the Democrats. Of course Matthews agrees.
