Nine Inch Nails at show #3 of Nine Inch Nails' farewell tour at Terminal 5 in New York City got an unexpected treat last night, when goth-rock legend Peter Murphy of Bauhaus joined the band for three songs.

After explaining to the crowd that NIN's first real break was when they were offered an opening slot on tour with Bauhaus, the band and the ageless Prince of Darkness tore through NIN's "Reptile", Bauhaus's "Kick in the Eye" and Joy Division's "Dead Souls", shown above.
