Don't underestimate the value of guns, especially out here in the country. Plenty of deer, squirrel, and rabbit. And good for thinning out the groundhogs that are eating up the potato patch. Good Luck! Jethro

in this mess. But no one sees it.

So the choices are:

--a)military coup
--b)armed rebellion
--c)war for secession

I'm not sure that these are easily differentiable, especially for the average KKKlanity viewer.

and, could someone tell me why the AIG execs are still employed?

the same execs that threw the $10,000.00 per person "hunting party" in october are now, once again, coming to get more of our money. of course the govt-corp will comply with nary a complaint.

thanks a fuck-lot

In the midst of its negotiation with the federal government over revised terms of its bailout, American International Group Inc. sued the U.S. on Friday over a disputed $306 million in taxes, interest and penalties.

Samson-'s picture

no.... i didn't...

as upsetting as that is, it is also effin dumb on AIG's part. they don't need to sue the federal govt, hello. the govt is too busy gifting them billions and billions of dollars. sue? phhpt, all that AIG has to do is simply ask.

we have been in recession officially 15 months. it's interesting that the BUSH administration denied that for some time. anyways the bad news continues as AIG who is a HUGE player in CDO/S credit default like insurance instruments asks for more money $30 billion. we could have two more years of contraction. we could have a L shaped recession vs. U shaped curve. wallStreet/business trying to find fault with Obama. the problem is bad assests. credit default swaps/derivatives. housing prices also need to bottom. people with good credit scores/income having trouble financing. why? difficult to find comparable homes within 1 mile radius for pricing comparison, mortgage companies smaller staff and banks NOT lending(as much).

My crystal ball says 2012 and the "recovery" will leave the economies of the world nothing like they have been. Jobless recoveries. Consumerism virtually squat on items that are not necessities. Governments in the world overthrown. Of course, this is just my prediction and hope I'm wrong, but I'm willing to bet I'm closer to the truth than these supposed "economists".
