GO AL FRANKEN!

Minnesotan here.

1. Remember that these machines _do_ have a paper trail AND

2. After signing in they MADE me go to a separate table where I was told to use the provided black pen to fill in the circles, fill in all the circle and not mark outside the circle. THEN I was allowed to go to the third table to receive a ballot.

So the local news says they are finding ballots where people "Xed" or circled choices. Which I guess means if Franken has several hundred more morons who voted for him than there are morons who voted for Coleman, Franken wins. Not to say that morons don't have rights too, but if I were Coleman, I couldn't help feeling bitter about a Franken win on those coat tails.

Who voted Palin? People who had her same IQ.
You have to be pretty fucking dumb to have learned something from Palin put out in the last two months.

THE DARK SIDE WILL DISAPPEAR FOREVER IN 75 DAYS.
THANK YOU LORD.

The dark side, give me a break. Both parties are dark as midnight.

So Obama's first step is to appoint Rahm Emanuel, as big a warmonger as you are ever going to get! Ya, that sure sounds like Democratic values, if you consider flip-flopping a value. Just like the FISA bill he said he's fillibuster, and then voted for.

And how about that two years of national service for young women and the homeland security army Obama wants, as well funded as the regular military. Beyond the question of where will he find the money for that, isn't America looking more and more like fascist Italy?

Man, you guys must get tired of having the knife plunged in your back each time Obama betrays you. And Obama has already proven he can easily betray you, and will again. Biden has said as much, that within six months to a year Obama's popularity will plummet due to "sound but unpopular" economic decisions -- can you say no tax breaks -- and a contrived international crisis "where our moral position isn't clear", meaning maybe we aren't in the right (can you say Georgia). Colin Powell and Madaline Albright have also said that a crisis is coming, Powell even went so far as to give dates -- two or three days after inaguration. We are being played into our next crisis that will give the globalists even more control and wealth. You can take that, excuse the expression, to the bank.

This whole election was a puppet show, McCain was truly a walking corpse inserted to lose. Many people see that now like never before.

Obama's first test will be with the Ameican people. He got 52% of the vote which, when you consider he spent four times the money, is no overwhelming mandate. There is a real rage and disgust at what is going on in Washington -- FISA and the Banker Bailout Bill as two examples, both of which Obama supported, especially the later -- and if Obama rapidly shows that the change he envisions is more of the same -- more war, more banker bailouts, more taxes and austerity, more Iraq troops stationed at home to deal with "civil unrest" -- then he is going to have a mess on his hands. Which might be exactly what his handlers want: discredit the Black president while collapsing America.

And despite the media currently making Obama look like a messiah -- another fascist tipoff and not a good sign -- there is still the little matter of he's not president just yet, the electoral college having to vote him into office, his birth certificate, his Rezko connections, etc. that could trip his coronation up. Of course it could also be used by his handlers to keep him in line, but it also automatically delegitimizes his presidency -- just like Bush's -- if these questions aren't answered.

By next summer the meme of revolution may be playing itself out on the streets. And maybe that's what ultimatly needs to happen. But in the meantime, you guys need to wake up to the dangers this new puppet poses, which you will soon enough.

Now bug off. If you don't like it, you can move to Canada. Oh wait. Just bug off.

crystal meth vial, keep your hands in clear view.

I think people are not reading the passage of prop 8 in California right. I can only go with the people I have actually talked to. A couple of people thought that a YES vote was a vote in favor of letting gay marriage stand. A few bought the false notion that a YES vote didn't change any actual rights and gays have always had the same rights under domestic partnership laws. But the most prevalent attitude was that from the TV ads they were under the impression that the proposition was about teaching homosexuality in grade schools. I am not making excuses for the habitually uninformed California voter but I haven't really seen this as informed voters rejecting gay marriage out of homophobic and religious reasons. It is a very sad day for my home state and I would like to apology to thinking people every where

Yeah, RayC, it's sad. There was a blogswarm for No on 8 a week before the vote, but what really gets me is that the Yes on 8 campaign outright lied, most of all by claiming that parents couldn't use opt-out laws with their kids. As it turns out, one of the leading proponents of Yes on 8 is also one of the leading proponents of parents using those opt-out laws. Maybe I missed it, but I never saw the local TV news examine the truthfulness of any of the proposition ads. The papers did somewhat. But the local TV news in LA really sucks overall.

Obama choosing Rahm Emmanuel as his Chief of Staff is a strong message. Everything will remain the same
This is a pathetic choice. Obama is immediately proving that nothing has changed. Emmanuel supported the illegal invasion of Iraq and as Amy Goodman reported "Emmanuel represents the right wing fo the Democratic Party. He vocally backed Israel's occupation of the West Bank and Gaza and Israel's 2006 attack and invasion of Lebanon"

Also Rahm Emmanuel volunteered in the Israel Occupying forces during the first Iraq war. is this legal to have a congressman who has volunteered in a foreign countries military? What the hell is this about?

THIS IS CHANGE. NO THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ISRAEL AND THE ISRAELI LOBBY THAT EVERYTHING REMAINS THE SAME/ THIS CONFIRMS THAT THE OBAMA CAMPAIGN OF CHANGE WAS A PUBLIC RELATIONS GAME

The Obahhhhhhma sheeple refuse to recognize a tyrant of he wears a Democrat logo, as they refuse to hold Pelosi, Ried and the rest of that mafia gang accountable.

America is going into a deep pit because of the corruption and the conivance of the useless useful idiots that constitute the Democratic party's base.

Look on my coffee mugs, ye mighty, and despair!

Yawn.
