We all know that homelessness is a big problem in Washington DC. What better way to highlight that problem than to turn Blair House into America's most visible homeless shelter?
Specifically I'd like to see an emphasis on homeless military vets and those that are really sick. Blair House could then serve as a shining example of the Village's compassion.
All those for, whistle and wave. All against, vote for John McCain.

The Blair House line was always sketchy, but I hadn't known it was so large a facility. Petty BS.
Cernig's post is a good overview, Geoghegan would rock as a congressman, and it really would be nice if the inmates and criminals weren't dictating terms on economic recovery plans.

Thanks for the link, Mike. I really believe that after all is said and done and all the headaches they caused, Dan and Eitan (aka Martin Eisenstadt) will be strong voices for causes we hold dear. At the very least, they helped show how inept "expert political pundits" really are.
