(Huge h/t to Jane Hamsher)

I flip around the cable channels during the day just to get an idea of what the punditocracy considers big news and I caught the tail end of this segment on Fox yesterday morning and could not stop laughing.

The GOP and their propaganda arm, FOX News, are up in arms over the latest Newsweek cover of Sarah Palin that accompanies this scathing article by Jon Meacham. The article, that points to Palin's "commonness" as a problem to her credibility as a candidate, is less of a concern to the GOP than the fact that they did a close up of her face and did not retouch it to hide blemishes and pores. And you may remember, FOX knows about retouching photos for credibility's sake.

Apparently, they're not as afraid of their supporters reading as they are of them looking at pictures and realizing that Palin's skin isn't peaches and cream perfect.

Jesus... don't these people have anything else to focus on?! What news?! It's the cheerleading squad at a jr. high school for crissake!

sorry, ladies - face the facts. This is the very square face of a middle-aged woman whose blephs are reacing down to cover her eyes - while she attempts to hide behind glasses to disguise it and to make her "appear" intelligent. Palin's a very pedestrian looking, average middle aged woman. She is no spring chicken and no superstar, despite your attempts to make her so.

Joe is saying "sarah, it just ain't so", gal. So buck up and realize that wonder woman Sarah is not. Good looking, sarah is also NOT. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, ladies.

oh come on...you would bang her

Yeah I would, but that says more about me than it does about her.

ZOMG!!!1 Was that too much information?

She's a mutt being discussed by 3 unattractive women. Gimme a break!
Btw I wouldn't bang her with your c**k. There's only so much you can ask a guy to do for the team.

Bah, who cares. Just put a bag over her head and then it's all the same.

LOL

I've been watching too much George Carlin :P

Pedestrian is exactly how I describe her. If you add her character into the mix, then ugly is how I describe her.

Barack is hot though. He's got that classy sexiness: it comes with intelligence and grace.

Charisma, to the nth degree. Obama's got that. Needs to put on a little weight though, for the sake of his own health.

Sarah Palin's got all the abundant curves, she's a society goyle and all that-- but she's an intellectual vacuum from the neck up. Highly unsexy, imo.

What the rabid McCain Paliban rhetoric is doing is ratcheting up the ante toward domestic terrorism at their rallies. This level of race baiting and criminal inciting to violence must stop. The media needs to get behind this or no citizen will be safe any longer in this country.

McCain and Palin have incited this country to violence and need to be charged appropriately under the Patriot Act.

http://oxdown.firedoglake.com/diary/575#more-...

Well, they do have a point…

I really don’t want to see a PlayBoy Centerfold without all that retouching and airbrushing. Is not Sarah as vacant? Is not Sarah being used similarly? Does not Sarah have as much to say (sans World Peace)?

too bad sarah.always bitching about something. i'll have to read this newsweek article. jon meacham is a great journalist.

Forget Her Looks, They Should be More Concerned That She SOUNDS Like ‘The Beaver?’
http://satiricalpolitical.com/?p=3714

The old gal simply is what she is, wrinkles and hanging eyelids complete! She's an over the hill beauty pageant wannabe who never got the tiara. The blush they're using on her very large face is an attempt to creak cheekbones from nothing, sorry to say and today she looked like she had indian war paint on - a stripe of orange on each cheek.

Sorry - this old gal just ain't what she usta be.

Is that Palin or McCain? Or maybe both?

Such stock photos are used for magazines all the time.

It doesn't even try to show her in a bad light. You can tell just by looking at the picture itself, that she is happily posing to be photographed.

It's not like a caricature of Obama made to look like a terrorist, or something outrageous like that. Although, even that kind of thing is allowed, due to an annoying little detail called freedom of the press.

"Bimbo alert"

Yah, like, I am so not ready for this shoot, whatever. Yah, so like, why do they pick this close up photo. It's not like, they don't have it.
Whatever, like, you know, ...... ..., like, .......... Oh whatever.....

these three coochie dolts and airheads on Fox news are more concerned with someone's looks than anything going on between the ears. Now we've got their numbers, too. BORING....

One of those "coochie dolt airheads" (really - WTF?) was defending Palin's right to look like herself. And of the three women she was the one who actually looked real, not some starved & dyed Cindy-doll.

Guess these three neophytes don't realize that the american public is well over Sarah Palin. She's washed up like an old, used dishrag tool.

being a 'hockey mom' and having a tramp for a daughter takes a lot out of a person.

I don't think the cover photo makes her look unattractive at all. It's not like Bill O'Reilly's face looking blotchy on the cover of Al Franken's book.

Wow that one lady on the right is really mad about this. I thought she was going to have to be restrained there for a minute.

Their dirty, sleazy tactics are backfiring on them as more independents move to Obama. Good for them - inciting domestic terror in public rallies! I hope the people see them as the scum of the earth for the filth of what they're doing.

In all fairness, that Newsweek cover is pretty gross. Still, this is what the GOP wants to talk about? REALLY?

She really plasters on the slap. But then, we all know what McCain thinks about his soulmate trollops who use a trowel in makeup application.

Do you think Newsweek thought of that?

That's funny, my girlfriend thinks Sarah Palin is a slap in the face to everything women have faught for to be treated equal.

Terrible, they actually printed a photo of her as she actually is.

The rest of us have not been fooled one iota. We've seen the bags under her eyes, her upper lids which are low hanging and will soon make her blind, the greasy stringy hair that she permits to poke into her eyes to distract us from those saggy, baggy upper lids. We see her painted on permanent tatoo lip liner because she hates that her lips are pencil thin. We see the inch thick foundation. We see the multiple assortment of wigs, falls and hair pieces. We've seen it from the beginning. She's never pulled one over on realists. We see her as a typical middle aged women with average intelligence, no judgment, no curiosity about anything even mildly associated with this country or the international community, as a mother of 5 whose life is occupied with raising them and therby has zero time for anything else....even her job as Governor. We don't fault her for being in her office only 85 days in almost two years - that would be out of 730 possible days....in fact, we've heard that her own legislature had "Where's Sarah" pins for her last state meeting because they'd declared her to be AWOL. We're not surprised - after all with 5 kids and another one on the way, how can anyone perform their function capably as Governor.

It would seem to me that the job of Governor has been clearly over her head with her level of family responsibility. Add to that a special needs kid now and another on the way whom she will, no doubt, have to be mommy to since her daughter is too young and too immature to do so.

We've all seen Sarah Palin clearly in the light of reality. I'm shocked that it's taken these airheads to just begin to realize that the woman they've wanted her to be is simply "not there".

What does that tell us about these three neophytes on Fox Snooze? It tells us plenty. Face it: Republicans loathe John McCain and have called him a old man with cancer. When Palin arrived on the scene, it was the first hope they'd had in a long time....but, alas, a hope which was purely their own fantasy.

Middle america sees Palin for what and whom she is. She's just your average middle-aged woman with less experience than the Mayor of Austin, Texas (that's the entire population of the state of Alasks).

you had me right up until 'average intelligence'....hehe

At least we have law enforcement officials in this country who are doing something to attempt to protect the citizens in the public square.
http://rawstory.com/news/afp/US_Secret_Servic...

This is just the beginning and the Secret Service now has to attend every McCain rally because the people on the stage are actually committing the crimes by inciting the violent death threats that ensue making it dangerous for all americans to attend public events.

AP: Alaska court refuses to shut down Palin probe

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The state Supreme Court refused Thursday to halt an ethics investigation into Gov. Sarah Palin, the Republican vice presidential nominee.

The ruling clears the way for lawmakers on Friday to release a report on their investigation into whether Palin abused her power by firing her public safety commissioner. The report could prove to be an embarrassment for Palin and a distraction for John McCain's presidential campaign.

NY Times: In Dozens of Calls, Palins and Aides Pressed for Trooper’s Removal

This is Huge and will turn the McCain campaign on it's ear. Now Miss Paltry will have heap big trouble smearing anyone with lies when the Troopergate report indicts her.

much ado about nothing

I don’t think Pentecost’s allow their women to shave. (Urp. I just threw up a little bit in my mouth.)

For God's sake! How are we going to distract Americans from the issues if Joe Six Pack doesn't have a HARD ON?

Here in LA, Sarah Palin looks like just about any other woman walking out of an office building. How many years ago was that beauty pageant and how small was the contestant pool?

Jon Meacham wrote something critical about a Republican? And a "Christian" one to boot? Gotta go see if the world has flipped on its axis...

BTW is anyone watching Mary Matlin on hannity&colmes just now, defending the people shouting for Obamas killing at McCain rallies? Definetly clip worthy.

Some tell these ¢ü˜†$ that a bunch of Americans died today in Iraq for lies she wants to perpetuate. Talk about a complete lack of perspective.

Hasn't much of her campaigning been spent on convincing people she's "just one of them?" Wouldn't this go a long way to prove that.

I don't know, but I would imagine a woman her age that did not exhibit those flaws would be some kind of....i don't know....Elite?

Is that it?
My, their a bit tender nowadays, aren't they?
And to think of all of the issues at hand, they take issue with her appearance.
This election has slipped from the absurd to the Outer Limits.
What's next? Michelle has an alien baby from Mars?

this is scathing? really?

I'm sorry. As a woman, I'm embarrassed to hear this woman cry about this so-called outrage. It just reinforces my impression that the right has a very difficult time facing reality.

Yes, Sarah has flaws. So what? It actually gives her more credibility that she looks like a real person instead of an airbrushed model.

With all that is going on in the world, this is what the Fox twit gets excited about. That says a lot.

Should they have thought about the mangling they did of journalists photos, before they compalin about untouched photos?

Excellent point. This isn't even in the same league as what Fox News has done *themselves*, and *recently*.

Phony outrage from phony people, as usual.

ZOMG!!! TEH STUPID!!! IT HERTZ!!!

WOW. This is the Republican mindset in a microcosm.

Just as noting a problem in the country is the same as "attacking America", running a real photo of a Republican instead airbrushing them into a cartoon is the same as "smearing" them.

No interest in reality. None at all. To be a good person, you must doggedly insist that your team has no flaws. Showing proof to the contrary is offensive.

How very odd these people are.

!!

You see, that's just it. She has been painted and airbrushed and had professional makeup artists build what they consider the perfect candidate.
Too bad they didn't check under the hood when they bought it.

Her 'beauty', her 'folksy-ness' is their main concern, not the fact she hasn't a brain in her head, and is a political joke? Talk about skewed priorities.

... Because it will distract from the fact that the GOP platform is empty of ideas and the party for the past eight years has driven this country to the brink of implosion.

The thug campaign is trying to push over a barrier that the whole party has just been pushing back for decades.

They don't want to affront civility so they can indulge base, egomaniacal desires. They want to smash it. They know they aren't winning hearts and minds with their shit-slinging.

They aren't practicing desperation. They are calling for destruction.

They are on the road to killing people in the name of a political race. Not in some jingoistic war overseas, through surges or other strategically-timed military campaigns.

The face on that magazine is the political apotheosis of vacancy. She is ready, willing, and able to call for death to the opposition.

When this dangerous game spills its first blood, maybe the thug party will finally destroy its viability for more than one generation. Hope so. It's more likely that this party will crash and burn, than it will suddenly seize power. Having pushed for so long against civil society, maybe some horrible triggering event will bring the push back.

Certainly, this is the first presidential campaign I've ever seen commit political suicide. Others have been run badly, but they didn't set themselves on fire in front of the public.

And all you Republican Guys who are not Gay can retouch yourselves over this cover!

I saw this on HuffPo yesterday, and tonight in the checkout line at the grocer I picked up a copy to look at it closely. So what if she has hairs growing under her bottom lip? So what if she has blackheads? So what if her mascara was a bit heavy? Palin's suggested "good looks" are subjective anyway.

A person's character pervades my impression and judgment, not physical appearance. Palin is not someone I would ever want to know. I find nothing attractive about her.

Well, then she's not bad.

How about that idiot in Florida?

I always thought of that idiot in Florida as the Pennywise character from Stephen King wearing a female wig...

Skawwwwyyyyyyy!

Here's another juicy tidbit about McCain's terrorist ties
http://emptywheel.firedoglake.com/2008/10/09/...

Troopergate probe continues, too. Hoorah for the people of this country.

This will finish off an even worse week for Camp McCain Paliban.

The McCain and the Pain Campaign just sent out a memo (per Rachel's show), that she conducted an investigation of herself and is cleared of all charges. Didn't Saddam Hussein do the same type of thing? Six degrees of separation ya know?

the douchbag of libertys leaking badly!

I am a lefty who is praying for a GOP smackdown, followed by imprisonment all around for these douchebags, but there are complaints to be made about this cover. They blew it up to reveal something undesirable about being a woman. Show me the last cover where some craggy-faced man got the 1.5x treatment.

On the other hand this entire party is evil, self-promoting assholes.

All I can think of is that I will never get back the three minutes I spent watching that clip. Anybody have some six-inch spikes I can drive into my eyeballs?

Sarah does.

LOL!

Well, based on your take on this vid, I will heed your warning and not watch it.

There are benefits for those of us who read the comments section first at C&L :)

I thought the whole point is that she's just `one of the folks` warts and all! When it's in their interests they want her to be a celebrity - when it's not she's `an ordinary hockey mom`!

It reveals that the GOP does not want a woman in high office, but a sex kitten.

See they don't like the "real" Palin either. HAHAHAHA! Her ugliness have finally shown through to them. Grow the hell up ladies (and I use the term loosely).

these people just can't give up on the 'halo' comments. this is linguistics for simpletons. the theme is obama
can only give a speech and can't deliever. i am taking my chances on obama. palin is over her head and
mccain is done. mccain had his chance in 2000. the republicans didn't want him in 2000, now all of a
sudden he has all the answers.

This catfight about Palin's photo on the cover of Newsweek just proves the old axiom: When the bread is lacking, give 'em circuses..."

Palin's Puppeteers are beyond desperation, particularly in light of the fact that some Troopergate dirt may be spilling out tomorrow.

Yes, the Palin-McCain ticket is starting to play rough. I say, if they really want to get rough, then let's start hitting back. There's plenty of shit about both of them to fill every news cycle between now and election day. The Obama camp needs to start punching hard. Very.

This is an "experienced" model, TV journalist? She lets herself do a photo cover of a national magazine without paying attention to makeup? And Fox news blames the magazine?

Franly, "My friends," these bitches can suck an eggroll.

Wow

They just came out and admitted their low regard for their audience's intelligence, didn't they? But then, it's likely to go over most FN viewers' heads anyway.

And people wonder why Faux News is considered such a shallow excuse for a propaganda network.

Sarah Palin won't show up for media events like photo shoots so Newsweek had to make due.

You can't go to press with the photo you want, or that you wish you had, you go to press with what you have.

OMG

No way I can listen to that whole clip. I started getting a headache 30 seconds in.

Ok, let's assume for a moment that there actually IS liberal media bias, and that this picture was printed the way it was as a "slap" at Sarah Palin, and by extension, McCain and the Republicans. So now a spokesperson for the Republican party gets on national television and tells people to cancel their subscription because of the picture. If I own the media and someone is threatening MY livelihood, why would I want to do anything but attack back? You bring a knife, I bring a gun! You bring a gun, I bring a tank. This is the fight the Republicans are getting into. Just this week, people at a Palin rally were using racial epithets against the media there. And they want balanced reporting? There can only be two possibilities here. Either there IS bias, and it isn't going away because the Republicans keep threatening the people with the bias. Or there isn't bias, and the REpublicans are just making up a story to energize the base. Either way, it is a lose-lose for Republicans, and a win for the opposition. Beacause REepublicans have been screaming about liberal media bais for two decades now, and I haven't sen them stop. So either it isn't stopping, or it doesn't exist. And if it isn;t stopping, maybe you better look inside yourself to see if there is something YOU can do. Because threats obviously aren't working.

(catch the folksy into?) we've got this rag laying about the house a few days and now the cat is scared and won't come out. what say we let sarah palin be sarah palin, but from a long, long way away, like russia, except now they've put up a privacy fence because they don't like looking at all those appliances in wasilla front yards anymore. sarah, won't you just go away? oldster mccain lost, and now your services, well, thanks but no thanks to a ridiculous whore from nowhere.

Actually Sarah the Ditz will have quite a challenge looking worse than Her Imperial Majesty Cindy, the Borg Queen:

www.totallylookslike.com/2008/08/01/cindy-mcc...

Resistance is Senile.

Faux should have a disclaimer stating 'Proud to be sponsors of the Republican Criminal Party' at the bottom of their news pundit programs.

I agree that Sarah was made out to be bad. I will never subscribe to that magazine and I will tell everyone I know to cancel their subscriptions. She is beautiful and her appearance on the front cover showing her flaws was not what concerned me. It was the "folks" quote. It just seems like liberals are contradicting themselves. If you make a bad comment about folks, what about all the folks of America? And Barack's campaign slogan... "Time for a change". We live in the most blessed country in the world. Why change it? McCain has the ability to make changes to the economy and fuel prices. I think half these people are so pissed about the troops being overseas. That is what military's do. They help the country. They are helping us, by helping them get their government on track. If we do not finsh what we started we may be dealing with a few terrism issues.

I don't know what the hell you are babbling about (HELLO, unfocused post! Nice doggie!), but I will tell you two things:

1) I'm a liberal and I make a point of not reading that rag. So don't give me your nonsense about it being a liberal magazine. From where I have been standing, it has long had a conservative bias. One article about America's Hockey Mom and that makes it a liberal magazine? Maybe it just sucks and neither of us should read it. GEEZUZ! DID you even READ the article OR SEE the cover in person?? You said it yourself: You don't subscribe to Newsweek. So please, at least lie to me and say that you read the bloody issue.

2) John McCain couldn't economize his way out of a paper bag. HE SAID IT HIMSELF!!! You want this country to go even further down the crapper? Vote for him. Vote for crankiness, PTSD, unfocused rage, incompetence, his sense of entitlement, 3 more right-wing wackjob SCOTUS appointments and at least 4 more years of Republic[sic] ineptitude. Just do it. Only don't come crying to someone like me when it gets worse. I tried to warn you.

By the way, learn how to spell "terrorism" if you are going to spend all your waking hours looking over your shoulder for fear of it.

...an absolutely brilliant satirist? I am giving you the benefit of the doubt because, by gosh, your post is the most dead-on lampoon of a Sarah Palin debate answer that I've yet to encounter.
You really should go work for Colbert...

This is probably the stupidest thing I have seen on Fox so far.
OK time for the obvious platitudes. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
You can polish a turd but its still is going to be a turd.

God, but conservatives have NO imagination. They come on with prepared rant and some talking points and just blast away. Then someone else speaks and they appear to hear nothing, because they just hit the talking points again. Forget having a conversation.

Wotta buncha droning whiners.

NO use for them.

I am angry about the present state of my country, its leaders, and its political discourse. I quake with terror when I think about the future.

I thought her mustache was pretty hot. She should be proud of it!

Her face on the cover is about twice it's real life size. There's only so much photoshop can do...

ROFLMAO That was so not a guy episode.

This is 100% pure, all natural, organic, fair trade...

Desperation!

"Oh common Cindy you know they are supposed to hide our reptilian scales!! The little people might start to catch on that were not perfect!!"

hahahaa

Bitches...

If I had a uterus I would be very embarrassed of them..

Us men have plenty to be humiliated for all times sake ladies.. just sayin..

Those that fly this argument deserve a special place in humanity... A goddamn zoo!

Vanity of vanity...What would these twits have to say to a Newsweek cover photo of Golda Meir, a true world leader and diplomat? Is this an election or a beauty contest? I can't believe these people are wasting their time fusing over makeup!

And oh, there IS a mustache.

Palin's campaign is all about In-your-face politics. This is a PERFECT cover for her, and sends the messge home that THEY put out there.

Whiners.

And come on: Who is the blonde bimbo trying channel O'Reilly with the "what say you?" crapola?

This is "big stuff" on this goof ball network. They worry about this shit. They weren't so upset when Senator Obama and his wife were dressed up as terrorists on the front cover, but God help the magazine that doesn't do a "touch up" on the "lipstick pig".

Give me a f*cking break! And we wonder why our nation is so f*cked up?

What the!?!?!?! Someone needs to slap these idiots

This is a completely and utterly inane discussion topic. Only on Fox. Politics aside, Palin is a good looking woman, blemishes and all. That is one of her greatest assets. And she has the charisma, far more than any Republican in memory. Trouble is, when she starts to spew that verbal bile from her mouth, and continues her hatchet job on the english language, it doesn't matter how good looking you are. To coin a phrase, Palin is nothing more than an "empty skirt."

Finally, it's funny, you know, how important it is for Republicans that all the 'US Americans' speak English, and they put an illiterate in front of us like Palin.

Can we please have a moratorium on Democrat and Republican "consultants" and "advisers" spewing party lines? Who are these losers???

How dare they suggest altering one of God's perfect creations for VANITY!

(That is still one of the 7 deadly sins, ain't it?)

How many more of the 7 deadly sins have the McCain/Palin camp committed? Uh, let's see, would 9 houses and 11 cars be considered GREED? Check.

They're both overweight, so GLUTTONY? Check.

Wrath? Check.

Envy? That someone has something they're lacking...good poll numbers...Check.

Pride? "a desire to be more important or attractive than others, failing to give compliments to others though they may be deserving of them"? Check.

I'd say, they're okay on the Sloth front for now, but they gonna be very sad on election day, if all their cheating and lying don't work.

Where was the outrage when the AP published unflattering photos of Hillary Clinton? I am completely disgusted with and sick of the faux controversies the Republican Broadcasting Network invents. Our economy is in full meltdown, the world's economy is in full meltdown, and THIS is the tripe Fox News and GOP surrogates subject us to? Our nation has evolved quite a bit since the days of the Bull Moose party: Now we're the nation of the Bully Whiner party, aka the Republicans.

Bawahahahaaaa, too bad for you guys. I have this strange feeling Fox news pundits like these will be looking for a new job in the near future. :P buh byes fox noise

This is something I have been thinking about over the last few weeks. I hate to say it but Sarah Palin is a very shallow person. She is beautiful to look at for many men and I think she has gotten far off of her looks. Upon closer examination one sees she is quite ugly in thoughts and a little dumb in a sense. Hillary Clinton who I always felt was attractive in a certain way is a much better person and smart as a whip. Hillary may or may not step on you for political reasons but Sarah Palin will step on you just to follow the orders of her masters.

The reason why this Andrea chick is so inflamed is because they've been trying to push Palin as "the Babe candidate" to entice male voters. As others have mentioned, Faux News has no problem publishing clearly Photoshopped images:
http://mediamatters.org/items/200807020002

But God forbid they show one of their own as is. Maybe they should've taken one with moose blood spray/splatter across her face?

Frikkin' crybabies.

If she were regular folk, why does she need retouching. Isn't that the point of portraying yourself as regular? You know, warts and all?

FOX is running out of stuff to say. They are moving further into cuckoo-coconuts territory and will bury themselves so far right they may accomplish what the left hasn't yet been able to. The end of FOX as a credible news outlet for the general public!

I live for the day when Bill O'Reilly will actually utter:

"Cyanide capsules, if anyone wants one!"

The blemishes are a " slap in the Face "??? The real slap in the face is the GOP dressing up this functional moron and presenting her as a viable VP candidate!

Hello? It is a "closeup" article showing the flaws, unretouched, isn't it? That's what people are saying, haha.

If Fox, et al, thought it was bullshit, they wouldn't react.

They are reacting precisely because the article was directly on target.

Maybe Faux can put their collective heads together and figure out a way to get Palin on "What Not to Wear" with a facial.

It appears Faux only reads the pictures in a magazine.

You can't polish a turd.

It seems that Sarah did a terrible job of preparation for the interview by not first properly grooming herself. The photo is a representation of this fact.

There SLIGHTLY more IMPORTANT issues out there than a pic of this frigid tart.
These morons at Faux...they just get more petty and shrill by the day.
Fuck them...fuck all of them.

Sarah Palin looks fine. In fact, her wrinkles might add to her folksy appeal, right?

The point of the outrage is just a misdirection so we can continue to not talk about the issues.

May I just say to these petty, petty women "Booo fucking Hoo!".

Fox news defending an inalienable right to be phony. How un-ironic and totally expected.

Whatever. She looks fine, dare I say even good for her age. Big deal. We all have our blemishes and wrinkles and whatnot.

What REALLY makes her ugly is her ideology, her shallowness, her overweening pride, and her recent racism on the campaign trail. Ugh !

Seriously? I thought this was the woman who is constantly reminding the "folks" that she abhors the "filter of the media". So isn't this cover just a visual representation of just how ridiculously real and mavericky she is.

Is this the best they can do?

The financial system is falling apart, the surge ain't working and these three nitwits worrying about blemishes and pores on Palin's face?
Kiss my royal semi-Irish ass.

The Eagles had a song lyric that fits Cuecard Sarah perfectly:
"I thought by now you'd realize/There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes."

wow, I haven't laughed that hard in awhile. I kept expecting someone to jump in front of the screen and go JUST KIDDING!! Fox is really losing it now, so so so so awesome.

I use to work at Fox, let me say that Fox News does not care at all what they say or how they say it. They are trying to sell commercials. That is what they do. The programs are only the glue between the commercials.
