Andrea Mitchell hosts Democratic strategist Michael Feldman and GOP strategist Todd Harris to discuss Karl Rove's verbal diarrhea trying desperately and pathetically to cast aspersions on the Obama administration in any way possible and come to a rare consensus: Karl Rove is hurting the Republican Party.

"Karl Rove is hurting the Republican Party."

Is? Hasn't he already engineered the near total collapse of the Republican Party?

Ha!

Wouldn't it be funny if Rove was really a Liberal "sleeper cell" working to bring down the republicans?

no, at least I hope us Liberals are smarter then believing that 8 years of scorched earth policy's would be worth it in order to bring down a political party! Acutally, that's more of something the Repugs would do!

Why are you giving Karl the first degree?
Don't you know he has THE math?
What part of permanent majority don't you understand?
Nicole should stick to breakfast for her kiddos and leave it to Karl to deal with the cereal liars.

...hes hurting America.

That man is a monster! He drove a stake in what was the Heart of America, we want her back. So Karl, Shut the f**k and go away!

Indict, prosecute and convict this traitor.

He's hurting the party -- good! Then put him on every TV station, every street corner and let him spew his nonsense. Let Joe Q. Public see for themselves what a distater the GOP is with leaders like Rove and Boss Limbaugh.

So according to this Todd Harris, the White House is forcing Karl Rove and Limbaugh to behave like idiots for the further ruin of the Republican Party. Impressive, but are they jedis yet?

Sociopaths like Bush/Cheney/Rove/Olmert/Kissenger/Dumsfield/Rice/Bolton/Wolfie/Clarence Thomas/Tom Delay/..............Sociopaths are incapable of any change at all. They do not learn from 'mistakes'. They repeat failed stratedgy, they do not have any real feelings like normal people do, they do NOT ever feel guilt, shame, responsibility, that's why they need torture - to feel something, at least...........google it up yourself. It is called a psychosis, and NEVER goes away! Like any mental/emotional condition, it activates the same level as their own. PUKIE lack of mentality is loaded with it.

That is why they keep saying we should fear Socialization, because They fear it.

What happened to that?

Did anyone ever think he'd do anything else?

about the Republican party. It was just a platform supported by millions of ignorant gullible voters that he could use to attain his goal.

Chin in palm.

...to screw up everything he touched.

What else could it have been?

The great head of the Mayberry Machiavellis?

Looks increasingly likely that dumbstrucks answer is the end result for this sort of schlumpy, pasty, incredibly shrinking pile of quivering jello sweat.

I'll bet no one wanted to hold his hands at recess for ring around the rosies and so it began: Karl MUST MAKE THEM ALL PAY as he shakes his flabby child fist at the sky. (an evil, wicked little laugh bubbles out into the future through shriveled, scabby, smirking lips.)

*shudder*

Andrea Greenspan.

OMG

that's right! She's like, one of them!

There is a core group in the Republican Party that will always support and encourage hacks like Cheney and Rove. That is why, unfortunately, you will see their faces from now on. A prime example of a political hack that seems to remain relevant in the Republican Party is Newt Gingrich. Republicans are like cornered animals. They are desperate and in a fight for their political lives.

..............hurting America, but when the PUKIES could benefit...........he was their hero!!! Lets rub it in. Karl Rove has been hurting America for as long as it has drawn a breath.

.

You mean "as long as HE'S drawn a breath", yes? Because although Rove is many undesirable things, I don't think 233 years old is one of them.

Hey, Harris ---- look up the definition of a "strawman". Rove, Limbaugh, and Cheney aren't imaginary, non-existent figments of the Democratic mind -- they are national figureheads and spokemen for the Republican party (as a result of being given national airtime by major networks).

karl rove is the man responsible for the entire fall of the republican party, without rove's "strategy" they would still have at least one branch majority

How does that saying go...you can't see the forest or the trees or something? Screw George Bush and his legacy. His legacy is simply put. He was THE worst President this country has ever seen and didn't do anything but put the U.S. into a deep dark sewer while the Republicans cheered him on. Period. End of story. Now it's time to move on. The best thing the GOP could do right now to repair what little is left of their party's reputation is to start playing nice with the Dems and the Dems start playing nice with them and get to rebuilding this country. They could start by taking responsibility for THEIR mess, stop being the party of 'No' and obstructionist just because they have to eat the Shit Taco (thanx Jon Stewart) that is the minority. The Dems ate it for over a decade and they are still here. The GOP just doesn't get it as with some Democrats. It's not about them, nor is it about the Democrats. It's about fixing this broken country.

We've already heard too much from this character. He is shameless and disgraceful. He needs to be rebranded because he seems to be one of those people who only responds to a little ridicule. My slogan of choice, "KARL ROVE, NO LONGER BUSH'S BRAIN, BUT, AMERICA'S HEMORRHOID." He definitely is a pain in the rear end.

Rove figures that getting into nasty public spats over politics with the current administration will make it easier for him to portray any prosecutions by that administration as politicially motivated. It's not the best defense in the world, and I'm sure he wished he had better, but fighting this out in the court of public opinion, over the issue of sympathy for the underdog, is better for him than in a court of law over the issues created by his criminal behavior.

So, sure, Rove's grandstanding hurts the party. Big whoop. The party can't keep him out of jail anymore. Only headfaking the current administration, convincing them (and they don't seem to need much convincing) that there will be a political price to pay for prosecutions, can keep him out of jail at this point.

Plenty of ordinary Americans know the truth beginning with the Bush governorship. It's time for the people to hear about what was going on in Austin while Bush was governor and Duke Rove was hanging out in the Austin dancehalls.

Hm

Leaving aside the issue that Rove has no loyalty to anybody but Rove, I don't think there's a single Repug talking head that isn't hurting their party. They're all hypocritical batshit liars.

Somebody really oughta get on that.

Shhhh! Don't let them know ...

But where did you learn to write English grammar using ... for punctuation?

I don't particularly care for the Israeli-sounding handles you choose.

Ouch....

i wish the clip had been a little longer because i think the GOP rep was going to tell us that the white house is orchestrating what dick cheney and karl rove do.

that means he must have found the fantastical orb of power buried under the white house and is using it to take over the world.

Maybe America is FINALLY get tired of his act, and the Republican bullshit. After cheering them on for years (in the name of "security"), look what they/you got: 2 wars and an economic depression, and they're still spouting the same old crap. Now they've lost, it's easy to see they are bitter and vindictive, and mostly self-serving.

I really enjoy this and you can do it too. Call some GOP politicians (home states are less screened than the dc office). Leave a comment that you really want them to stay the course and fight Obama at every turn, tell them you love Rush, Glenn Beck and Karl Rove and that you strongly supported all things BUsh including the mainstays of GOP policy which is tax cuts for the rich and pre-emptive wars based on false intelligence. Tell them emphatically to 'stay the course don't give up...there are 22% that support your efforts and said politician has a duty to this shrinking minority.

It basically is the encouragement of destructive behavior...GO FOR IT they are too stupid to have a clue and question their own sinking ship

distracting everyone's attention away from Rush Limbaugh while he tries to rebuild the party in his fat, grotesque image in peace.

This the is same group that derrisively taunted Mr. Gore as being a sore loser.
