That is what Jonathan Alter just reported that Rahm Emanuel is saying about the robo-calls. The DCCC is preparing to file civil suits and pursue this to the fullest extent of the law.
Isn't it ironic how all these dirty tricks seem to be coming for the same political party. Olbermann and Alter even go into the apparent illegal actions by some in Virginia to suppress the vote.
