Blair is starting to be described as somewhat "nervous" that possible investigations by the House into the Iraq war could be bad for him. I have already talked to friends in the U.K. and they echo this assessment. I got a funny feeling "Downing Street Memos" is a term Tony Blair does not want to hear right now.
