On "Face the Nation" this morning, Bob Scheiffer asked Senator Hagel if he was running for President and would it be as a Republican or an Independent. Although he doesn't give a clear-cut answer on the Presidential run, Hagel says he doesn't recognize the Republican party he joined back in 1968 while serving in Vietnam.
